Matthew 27:27 - Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the Praetorium and gathered the whole [Roman] cohort around Him.

Mark 15:16 - And the soldiers took Him away into the palace (that is, the Praetorium), and they called together the whole [Roman] cohort.

John 11:48 - "If we let Him [go on] like this, all men will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take away both our place and our nation."

John 18:3 - Judas then, having received the [Roman] cohort, and officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, came there with lanterns and torches and weapons.

Acts 22:25 - And when they stretched him out with thongs, Paul said to the centurion who was standing by, "Is it lawful for you to scourge a man who is a Roman and uncondemned?"

Acts 22:26 - And when the centurion heard [this], he went to the commander and told him, saying, "What are you about to do? For this man is a Roman."

Acts 22:27 - And the commander came and said to him, "Tell me, are you a Roman?" And he said, "Yes."

Acts 22:29 - Therefore those who were about to examine him immediately let go of him; and the commander also was afraid when he found out that he was a Roman, and because he had put him in chains.

Acts 23:27 - "When this man was arrested by the Jews and was about to be slain by them, I came upon them with the troops and rescued him, having learned that he was a Roman.

Acts 25:16 - "And I answered them that it is not the custom of the Romans to hand over any man before the accused meets his accusers face to face, and has an opportunity to make his defense against the charges.

Acts 28:17 - And it happened that after three days he called together those who were the leading men of the Jews, and when they had come together, he [began] saying to them, "Brethren, though I had done nothing against our people, or the customs of our fathers, yet I was delivered prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans.
