Exodus 9:24 - So there was hail, and fire flashing continually in the midst of the hail, very severe, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.
Exodus 9:27 - Then Pharaoh sent for Moses and Aaron, and said to them, "I have sinned this time; the LORD is the righteous one, and I and my people are the wicked ones.
Exodus 9:34 - But when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunder had ceased, he sinned again and hardened his heart, he and his servants.
Exodus 10:16 - Then Pharaoh hurriedly called for Moses and Aaron, and he said, "I have sinned against the LORD your God and against you.
Exodus 10:17 - "Now therefore, please forgive my sin only this once, and make supplication to the LORD your God, that He would only remove this death from me."
Exodus 12:22 - "And you shall take a bunch of hyssop and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and apply some of the blood that is in the basin to the lintel and the two doorposts; and none of you shall go outside the door of his house until morning.
Exodus 12:39 - And they baked the dough which they had brought out of Egypt into cakes of unleavened bread. For it had not become leavened, since they were driven out of Egypt and could not delay, nor had they prepared any provisions for themselves.
Exodus 12:46 - "It is to be eaten in a single house; you are not to bring forth any of the flesh outside of the house, nor are you to break any bone of it.
Exodus 15:21 - And Miriam answered them, "Sing to the LORD, for He is highly exalted; The horse and his rider He has hurled into the sea."
Exodus 16:1 - Then they set out from Elim, and all the congregation of the sons of Israel came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departure from the land of Egypt.
Exodus 17:1 - Then all the congregation of the sons of Israel journeyed by stages from the wilderness of Sin, according to the command of the LORD, and camped at Rephidim, and there was no water for the people to drink.
Exodus 19:1 - In the third month after the sons of Israel had gone out of the land of Egypt, on that very day they came into the wilderness of Sinai.
Exodus 19:2 - When they set out from Rephidim, they came to the wilderness of Sinai, and camped in the wilderness; and there Israel camped in front of the mountain.
Exodus 19:11 - and let them be ready for the third day, for on the third day the LORD will come down on Mount Sinai in the sight of all the people.
Exodus 19:18 - Now Mount Sinai [was] all in smoke because the LORD descended upon it in fire; and its smoke ascended like the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mountain quaked violently.
Exodus 19:20 - And the LORD came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain; and the LORD called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
Exodus 19:23 - And Moses said to the LORD, "The people cannot come up to Mount Sinai, for Thou didst warn us, saying, 'Set bounds about the mountain and consecrate it.'"
Exodus 20:20 - And Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid; for God has come in order to test you, and in order that the fear of Him may remain with you, so that you may not sin."
Exodus 21:8 - "If she is displeasing in the eyes of her master who designated her for himself, then he shall let her be redeemed. He does not have authority to sell her to a foreign people because of his unfairness to her.
Exodus 23:9 - "And you shall not oppress a stranger, since you yourselves know the feelings of a stranger, for you [also] were strangers in the land of Egypt.
Exodus 23:21 - "Be on your guard before him and obey his voice; do not be rebellious toward him, for he will not pardon your transgression, since My name is in him.
Exodus 23:29 - "I will not drive them out before you in a single year, that the land may not become desolate, and the beasts of the field become too numerous for you.
Exodus 23:33 - "They shall not live in your land, lest they make you sin against Me; for [if] you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you."
Exodus 24:6 - And Moses took half of the blood and put [it] in basins, and the [other] half of the blood he sprinkled on the altar.
Exodus 24:16 - And the glory of the LORD rested on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it for six days; and on the seventh day He called to Moses from the midst of the cloud.
Exodus 27:3 - "And you shall make its pails for removing its ashes, and its shovels and its basins and its forks and its firepans; you shall make all its utensils of bronze.
Exodus 29:14 - "But the flesh of the bull and its hide and its refuse, you shall burn with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.
Exodus 29:36 - "And each day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement, and you shall purify the altar when you make atonement for it; and you shall anoint it to consecrate it.
Exodus 30:10 - "And Aaron shall make atonement on its horns once a year; he shall make atonement on it with the blood of the sin offering of atonement once a year throughout your generations. It is most holy to the LORD."
Exodus 31:18 - And when He had finished speaking with him upon Mount Sinai, He gave Moses the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written by the finger of God.
Exodus 32:18 - But he said, "It is not the sound of the cry of triumph, Nor is it the sound of the cry of defeat; But the sound of singing I hear."
Exodus 32:21 - Then Moses said to Aaron, "What did this people do to you, that you have brought [such] great sin upon them?"
Exodus 32:29 - Then Moses said, "Dedicate yourselves today to the LORD-- for every man has been against his son and against his brother-- in order that He may bestow a blessing upon you today."
Exodus 32:30 - And it came about on the next day that Moses said to the people, "You yourselves have committed a great sin; and now I am going up to the LORD, perhaps I can make atonement for your sin."
Exodus 32:31 - Then Moses returned to the LORD, and said, "Alas, this people has committed a great sin, and they have made a god of gold for themselves.
Exodus 32:32 - "But now, if Thou wilt, forgive their sin-- and if not, please blot me out from Thy book which Thou hast written!"
Exodus 32:33 - And the LORD said to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book.
Exodus 32:34 - "But go now, lead the people where I told you. Behold, My angel shall go before you; nevertheless in the day when I punish, I will punish them for their sin."
Exodus 33:22 - and it will come about, while My glory is passing by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by.
Exodus 34:2 - "So be ready by morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself there to Me on the top of the mountain.
Exodus 34:4 - So he cut out two stone tablets like the former ones, and Moses rose up early in the morning and went up to Mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and he took two stone tablets in his hand.
Exodus 34:7 - who keeps lovingkindness for thousands, who forgives iniquity, transgression and sin; yet He will by no means leave [the guilty] unpunished, visiting the iniquity of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations."
Exodus 34:9 - And he said, "If now I have found favor in Thy sight, O Lord, I pray, let the Lord go along in our midst, even though the people are so obstinate; and do Thou pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Thine own possession."
Exodus 34:29 - And it came about when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai (and the two tablets of the testimony [were] in Moses' hand as he was coming down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him.
Exodus 34:32 - And afterward all the sons of Israel came near, and he commanded them [to do] everything that the LORD had spoken to him on Mount Sinai.
Exodus 35:16 - the altar of burnt offering with its bronze grating, its poles, and all its utensils, the basin and its stand;
Exodus 37:22 - Their bulbs and their branches were [of one piece] with it; the whole of it [was] a single hammered work of pure gold.
Exodus 38:3 - And he made all the utensils of the altar, the pails and the shovels and the basins, the flesh hooks and the firepans; he made all its utensils of bronze.
Leviticus 4:2 - "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,
Leviticus 4:3 - if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer to the LORD a bull without defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed.
Leviticus 4:8 - 'And he shall remove from it all the fat of the bull of the sin offering: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat which is on the entrails,
Leviticus 4:14 - when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a bull of the herd for a sin offering, and bring it before the tent of meeting.
Leviticus 4:20 - 'He shall also do with the bull just as he did with the bull of the sin offering; thus he shall do with it. So the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.
Leviticus 4:21 - 'Then he is to bring out the bull to [a place] outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull; it is the sin offering for the assembly.
Leviticus 4:22 - 'When a leader sins and unintentionally does any one of all the things which the LORD God has commanded not to be done, and he becomes guilty,
Leviticus 4:23 - if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring for his offering a goat, a male without defect.
Leviticus 4:24 - 'And he shall lay his hand on the head of the male goat, and slay it in the place where they slay the burnt offering before the LORD; it is a sin offering.
Leviticus 4:25 - 'Then the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and [the rest of] its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.
Leviticus 4:26 - 'And all its fat he shall offer up in smoke on the altar as [in the case of] the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin, and he shall be forgiven.
Leviticus 4:27 - 'Now if anyone of the common people sins unintentionally in doing any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and becomes guilty,
Leviticus 4:28 - if his sin, which he has committed is made known to him, then he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without defect, for his sin which he has committed.
Leviticus 4:29 - 'And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering at the place of the burnt offering.
Leviticus 4:32 - 'But if he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring it, a female without defect.
Leviticus 4:33 - 'And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they slay the burnt offering.
Leviticus 4:34 - 'And the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all [the rest of] its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.
Leviticus 4:35 - 'Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offerings, and the priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar, on the offerings by fire to the LORD. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin which he has committed, and he shall be forgiven.
Leviticus 5:1 - 'Now if a person sins, after he hears a public adjuration [to testify], when he is a witness, whether he has seen or [otherwise] known, if he does not tell [it], then he will bear his guilt.
Leviticus 5:5 - 'So it shall be when he becomes guilty in one of these, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.
Leviticus 5:6 - 'He shall also bring his guilt offering to the LORD for his sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat as a sin offering. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin.
Leviticus 5:7 - 'But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the LORD his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
Leviticus 5:8 - 'And he shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer first that which is for the sin offering and shall nip its head at the front of its neck, but he shall not sever [it].
Leviticus 5:9 - 'He shall also sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, while the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar: it is a sin offering.
Leviticus 5:10 - 'The second he shall then prepare as a burnt offering according to the ordinance. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin which he has committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
Leviticus 5:11 - 'But if his means are insufficient for two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then for his offering for that which he has sinned, he shall bring the tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall not put oil on it or place incense on it, for it is a sin offering.
Leviticus 5:12 - 'And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as its memorial portion and offer [it] up in smoke on the altar, with the offerings of the LORD by fire: it is a sin offering.
Leviticus 5:13 - 'So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has committed from one of these, and it shall be forgiven him; then [the rest] shall become the priest's, like the grain offering.'"
Leviticus 5:15 - "If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the LORD's holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the LORD: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation in silver by shekels, in [terms of] the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.
Leviticus 5:16 - "And he shall make restitution for that which he has sinned against the holy thing, and shall add to it a fifth part of it, and give it to the priest. The priest shall then make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and it shall be forgiven him.
Leviticus 5:17 - "Now if a person sins and does any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, though he was unaware, still he is guilty, and shall bear his punishment.
Leviticus 5:18 - "He is then to bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering. So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his error in which he sinned unintentionally and did not know [it], and it shall be forgiven him.
Leviticus 6:2 - "When a person sins and acts unfaithfully against the LORD, and deceives his companion in regard to a deposit or a security entrusted [to him], or through robbery, or [if] he has extorted from his companion,
Leviticus 6:3 - or has found what was lost and lied about it and sworn falsely, so that he sins in regard to any one of the things a man may do;
Leviticus 6:4 - then it shall be, when he sins and becomes guilty, that he shall restore what he took by robbery, or what he got by extortion, or the deposit which was entrusted to him, or the lost thing which he found,
Leviticus 6:17 - 'It shall not be baked with leaven. I have given it as their share from My offerings by fire; it is most holy, like the sin offering and the guilt offering.
Leviticus 6:25 - "Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, 'This is the law of the sin offering: in the place where the burnt offering is slain the sin offering shall be slain before the LORD; it is most holy.
Leviticus 6:26 - 'The priest who offers it for sin shall eat it. It shall be eaten in a holy place, in the court of the tent of meeting.
Leviticus 6:30 - 'But no sin offering of which any of the blood is brought into the tent of meeting to make atonement in the holy place shall be eaten; it shall be burned with fire.
Leviticus 7:7 - 'The guilt offering is like the sin offering, there is one law for them; the priest who makes atonement with it shall have it.
Leviticus 7:37 - This is the law of the burnt offering, the grain offering and the sin offering and the guilt offering and the ordination offering and the sacrifice of peace offerings,
Leviticus 7:38 - which the LORD commanded Moses at Mount Sinai in the day that He commanded the sons of Israel to present their offerings to the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai.
Leviticus 8:2 - "Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments and the anointing oil and the bull of the sin offering, and the two rams and the basket of unleavened bread;
Leviticus 8:11 - And he sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times and anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the basin and its stand, to consecrate them.
Leviticus 8:14 - Then he brought the bull of the sin offering, and Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the bull of the sin offering.
Leviticus 9:2 - and he said to Aaron, "Take for yourself a calf, a bull, for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering, [both] without defect, and offer [them] before the LORD.
Leviticus 9:3 - "Then to the sons of Israel you shall speak, saying, 'Take a male goat for a sin offering, and a calf and a lamb, both one year old, without defect, for a burnt offering,
Leviticus 9:7 - Moses then said to Aaron, "Come near to the altar and offer your sin offering and your burnt offering, that you may make atonement for yourself and for the people; then make the offering for the people, that you may make atonement for them, just as the LORD has commanded."
Leviticus 9:8 - So Aaron came near to the altar and slaughtered the calf of the sin offering which was for himself.
Leviticus 9:10 - The fat and the kidneys and the lobe of the liver of the sin offering, he then offered up in smoke on the altar just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
Leviticus 9:15 - Then he presented the people's offering, and took the goat of the sin offering which was for the people, and slaughtered it and offered it for sin, like the first.
Leviticus 9:22 - Then Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them, and he stepped down after making the sin offering and the burnt offering and the peace offerings.
Leviticus 10:16 - But Moses searched carefully for the goat of the sin offering, and behold, it had been burned up! So he was angry with Aaron's surviving sons Eleazar and Ithamar, saying,
Leviticus 10:17 - "Why did you not eat the sin offering at the holy place? For it is most holy, and He gave it to you to bear away the guilt of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the LORD.
Leviticus 10:18 - "Behold, since its blood had not been brought inside, into the sanctuary, you should certainly have eaten it in the sanctuary, just as I commanded."
Leviticus 10:19 - But Aaron spoke to Moses, "Behold, this very day they presented their sin offering and their burnt offering before the LORD. When things like these happened to me, if I had eaten a sin offering today, would it have been good in the sight of the LORD?"
Leviticus 12:6 - 'And when the days of her purification are completed, for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the doorway of the tent of meeting, a one year old lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove for a sin offering.
Leviticus 12:8 - 'But if she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons, the one for a burnt offering and the other for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.'"
Leviticus 13:7 - "But if the scab spreads farther on the skin, after he has shown himself to the priest for his cleansing, he shall appear again to the priest.
Leviticus 13:35 - "But if the scale spreads farther in the skin after his cleansing,
Leviticus 14:2 - "This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing. Now he shall be brought to the priest,
Leviticus 14:13 - "Next he shall slaughter the male lamb in the place where they slaughter the sin offering and the burnt offering, at the place of the sanctuary-- for the guilt offering, like the sin offering, belongs to the priest; it is most holy.
Leviticus 14:19 - "The priest shall next offer the sin offering and make atonement for the one to be cleansed from his uncleanness. Then afterward, he shall slaughter the burnt offering.
Leviticus 14:22 - and two turtledoves or two young pigeons which are within his means, the one shall be a sin offering and the other a burnt offering.
Leviticus 14:23 - "Then the eighth day he shall bring them for his cleansing to the priest, at the doorway of the tent of meeting, before the LORD.
Leviticus 14:31 - "[He shall offer] what he can afford, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, together with the grain offering. So the priest shall make atonement before the LORD on behalf of the one to be cleansed.
Leviticus 14:32 - "This is the law [for him] in whom there is an infection of leprosy, whose means are limited for his cleansing."
Leviticus 15:13 - 'Now when the man with the discharge becomes cleansed from his discharge, then he shall count off for himself seven days for his cleansing; he shall then wash his clothes and bathe his body in running water and shall become clean.
Leviticus 15:15 - and the priest shall offer them, one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf before the LORD because of his discharge.
Leviticus 15:30 - 'And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. So the priest shall make atonement on her behalf before the LORD because of her impure discharge.'
Leviticus 16:3 - "Aaron shall enter the holy place with this: with a bull for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering.
Leviticus 16:5 - "And he shall take from the congregation of the sons of Israel two male goats for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.
Leviticus 16:6 - "Then Aaron shall offer the bull for the sin offering which is for himself, that he may make atonement for himself and for his household.
Leviticus 16:9 - "Then Aaron shall offer the goat on which the lot for the LORD fell, and make it a sin offering.
Leviticus 16:11 - "Then Aaron shall offer the bull of the sin offering which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his household, and he shall slaughter the bull of the sin offering which is for himself.
Leviticus 16:15 - "Then he shall slaughter the goat of the sin offering which is for the people, and bring its blood inside the veil, and do with its blood as he did with the blood of the bull, and sprinkle it on the mercy seat and in front of the mercy seat.
Leviticus 16:16 - "And he shall make atonement for the holy place, because of the impurities of the sons of Israel, and because of their transgressions, in regard to all their sins; and thus he shall do for the tent of meeting which abides with them in the midst of their impurities.
Leviticus 16:21 - "Then Aaron shall lay both of his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the sons of Israel, and all their transgressions in regard to all their sins; and he shall lay them on the head of the goat and send [it] away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who [stands] in readiness.
Leviticus 16:25 - "Then he shall offer up in smoke the fat of the sin offering on the altar.
Leviticus 16:27 - "But the bull of the sin offering and the goat of the sin offering, whose blood was brought in to make atonement in the holy place, shall be taken outside the camp, and they shall burn their hides, their flesh, and their refuse in the fire.
Leviticus 16:30 - for it is on this day that atonement shall be made for you to cleanse you; you shall be clean from all your sins before the LORD.
Leviticus 16:34 - "Now you shall have this as a permanent statute, to make atonement for the sons of Israel for all their sins once every year." And just as the LORD had commanded Moses, [so] he did.
Leviticus 19:17 - 'You shall not hate your fellow countryman in your heart; you may surely reprove your neighbor, but shall not incur sin because of him.
Leviticus 19:22 - 'The priest shall also make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering before the LORD for his sin which he has committed, and the sin which he has committed shall be forgiven him.
Leviticus 20:20 - 'If [there is] a man who lies with his uncle's wife he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness; they shall bear their sin. They shall die childless.
Leviticus 21:21 - 'No man among the descendants of Aaron the priest, who has a defect, is to come near to offer the LORD's offerings by fire; [since] he has a defect, he shall not come near to offer the bread of his God.
Leviticus 22:9 - 'They shall therefore keep My charge, so that they may not bear sin because of it, and die thereby because they profane it; I am the LORD who sanctifies them.
Leviticus 23:19 - 'You shall also offer one male goat for a sin offering and two male lambs one year old for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
Leviticus 24:15 - "And you shall speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If anyone curses his God, then he shall bear his sin.
Leviticus 25:1 - The LORD then spoke to Moses at Mount Sinai, saying,
Leviticus 25:21 - then I will so order My blessing for you in the sixth year that it will bring forth the crop for three years.
Leviticus 25:27 - then he shall calculate the years since its sale and refund the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and so return to his property.
Leviticus 26:18 - 'If also after these things, you do not obey Me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.
Leviticus 26:21 - 'If then, you act with hostility against Me and are unwilling to obey Me, I will increase the plague on you seven times according to your sins.
Leviticus 26:24 - then I will act with hostility against you; and I, even I, will strike you seven times for your sins.
Leviticus 26:28 - then I will act with wrathful hostility against you; and I, even I, will punish you seven times for your sins.
Leviticus 26:46 - These are the statutes and ordinances and laws which the LORD established between Himself and the sons of Israel through Moses at Mount Sinai.
Leviticus 27:34 - These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the sons of Israel at Mount Sinai.
Numbers 1:1 - Then the LORD spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tent of meeting, on the first of the second month, in the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
Numbers 1:19 - just as the LORD had commanded Moses. So he numbered them in the wilderness of Sinai.
Numbers 3:1 - Now these are [the records of] the generations of Aaron and Moses at the time when the LORD spoke with Moses on Mount Sinai.
Numbers 3:4 - But Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD when they offered strange fire before the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai; and they had no children. So Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests in the lifetime of their father Aaron.
Numbers 3:14 - Then the LORD spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,
Numbers 4:14 - "They shall also put on it all its utensils by which they serve in connection with it: the firepans, the forks and shovels and the basins, all the utensils of the altar; and they shall spread a cover of porpoise skin over it and insert its poles.
Numbers 5:6 - "Speak to the sons of Israel, 'When a man or woman commits any of the sins of mankind, acting unfaithfully against the LORD, and that person is guilty,
Numbers 5:7 - then he shall confess his sins which he has committed, and he shall make restitution in full for his wrong, and add to it one-fifth of it, and give [it] to him whom he has wronged.
Numbers 6:11 - 'And the priest shall offer one for a sin offering and [the] other for a burnt offering, and make atonement for him concerning his sin because of the [dead] person. And that same day he shall consecrate his head,
Numbers 6:14 - 'And he shall present his offering to the LORD: one male lamb a year old without defect for a burnt offering and one ewe-lamb a year old without defect for a sin offering and one ram without defect for a peace offering,
Numbers 6:16 - 'Then the priest shall present [them] before the LORD and shall offer his sin offering and his burnt offering.
Numbers 7:16 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:22 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:28 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:34 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:40 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:46 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:52 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:58 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:64 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:70 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:76 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:82 - one male goat for a sin offering;
Numbers 7:87 - all the oxen for the burnt offering twelve bulls, [all] the rams twelve, the male lambs one year old with their grain offering twelve, and the male goats for a sin offering twelve;
Numbers 8:7 - "And thus you shall do to them, for their cleansing: [sprinkle] purifying water on them, and let them use a razor over their whole body, and wash their clothes, and they shall be clean.
Numbers 8:8 - "Then let them take a bull with its grain offering, fine flour mixed with oil; and a second bull you shall take for a sin offering.
Numbers 8:12 - "Now the Levites shall lay their hands on the heads of the bulls; then offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering to the LORD, to make atonement for the Levites.
Numbers 8:21 - The Levites, too, purified themselves from sin and washed their clothes; and Aaron presented them as a wave offering before the LORD. Aaron also made atonement for them to cleanse them.
Numbers 9:1 - Thus the LORD spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
Numbers 9:5 - And they observed the Passover in the first [month], on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, in the wilderness of Sinai; according to all that the LORD had commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel did.
Numbers 9:13 - 'But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, and yet neglects to observe the Passover, that person shall then be cut off from his people, for he did not present the offering of the LORD at its appointed time. That man shall bear his sin.
Numbers 10:12 - and the sons of Israel set out on their journeys from the wilderness of Sinai. Then the cloud settled down in the wilderness of Paran.
Numbers 11:12 - "Was it I who conceived all this people? Was it I who brought them forth, that Thou shouldest say to me, 'Carry them in your bosom as a nurse carries a nursing infant, to the land which Thou didst swear to their fathers '?
Numbers 12:11 - Then Aaron said to Moses, "Oh, my lord, I beg you, do not account [this] sin to us, in which we have acted foolishly and in which we have sinned.
Numbers 13:23 - Then they came to the valley of Eshcol and from there cut down a branch with a single cluster of grapes; and they carried it on a pole between two [men], with some of the pomegranates and the figs.
Numbers 14:40 - In the morning, however, they rose up early and went up to the ridge of the hill country, saying, "Here we are; we have indeed sinned, but we will go up to the place which the LORD has promised."
Numbers 14:41 - But Moses said, "Why then are you transgressing the commandment of the LORD, when it will not succeed?
Numbers 15:24 - then it shall be, if it is done unintentionally, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one bull for a burnt offering, as a soothing aroma to the LORD, with its grain offering, and its libation, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.
Numbers 15:25 - 'Then the priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the sons of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering by fire to the LORD, and their sin offering before the LORD, for their error.
Numbers 15:27 - 'Also if one person sins unintentionally, then he shall offer a one year old female goat for a sin offering.
Numbers 15:28 - 'And the priest shall make atonement before the LORD for the person who goes astray when he sins unintentionally, making atonement for him that he may be forgiven.
Numbers 16:15 - Then Moses became very angry and said to the LORD, "Do not regard their offering! I have not taken a single donkey from them, nor have I done harm to any of them."
Numbers 16:22 - But they fell on their faces, and said, "O God, Thou God of the spirits of all flesh, when one man sins, wilt Thou be angry with the entire congregation?"
Numbers 16:26 - and he spoke to the congregation, saying, "Depart now from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing that belongs to them, lest you be swept away in all their sin."
Numbers 16:38 - "As for the censers of these men who have sinned at the cost of their lives, let them be made into hammered sheets for a plating of the altar, since they did present them before the LORD and they are holy; and they shall be for a sign to the sons of Israel."
Numbers 18:9 - "This shall be yours from the most holy [gifts, reserved] from the fire; every offering of theirs, even every grain offering and every sin offering and every guilt offering, which they shall render to Me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.
Numbers 18:22 - "And the sons of Israel shall not come near the tent of meeting again, lest they bear sin and die.
Numbers 18:32 - 'And you shall bear no sin by reason of it, when you have offered the best of it. But you shall not profane the sacred gifts of the sons of Israel, lest you die.'"
Numbers 19:9 - 'Now a man who is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer and deposit them outside the camp in a clean place, and the congregation of the sons of Israel shall keep it as water to remove impurity; it is purification from sin.
Numbers 19:17 - 'Then for the unclean [person] they shall take some of the ashes of the burnt purification from sin and flowing water shall be added to them in a vessel.
Numbers 21:7 - So the people came to Moses and said, "We have sinned, because we have spoken against the LORD and you; intercede with the LORD, that He may remove the serpents from us." And Moses interceded for the people.
Numbers 21:17 - Then Israel sang this song: "Spring up, O well! Sing to it!
Numbers 22:6 - "Now, therefore, please come, curse this people for me since they are too mighty for me; perhaps I may be able to defeat them and drive them out of the land. For I know that he whom you bless is blessed, and he whom you curse is cursed."
Numbers 22:34 - And Balaam said to the angel of the LORD, "I have sinned, for I did not know that you were standing in the way against me. Now then, if it is displeasing to you, I will turn back."
Numbers 24:10 - Then Balak's anger burned against Balaam, and he struck his hands together; and Balak said to Balaam, "I called you to curse my enemies, but behold, you have persisted in blessing them these three times!
Numbers 26:62 - And those who were numbered of them were 23,000, every male from a month old and upward, for they were not numbered among the sons of Israel since no inheritance was given to them among the sons of Israel.
Numbers 26:64 - But among these there was not a man of those who were numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest, who numbered the sons of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.
Numbers 27:3 - "Our father died in the wilderness, yet he was not among the company of those who gathered themselves together against the LORD in the company of Korah; but he died in his own sin, and he had no sons.
Numbers 28:6 - 'It is a continual burnt offering which was ordained in Mount Sinai as a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD.
Numbers 28:15 - 'And one male goat for a sin offering to the LORD; it shall be offered with its libation in addition to the continual burnt offering.
Numbers 28:22 - and one male goat for a sin offering, to make atonement for you.
Numbers 29:5 - 'And [offer] one male goat for a sin offering, to make atonement for you,
Numbers 29:11 - one male goat for a sin offering, besides the sin offering of atonement and the continual burnt offering and its grain offering, and their libations.
Numbers 29:16 - and one male goat for a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its grain offering and its libation.
Numbers 29:19 - and one male goat for a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering and its grain offering, and their libations.
Numbers 29:22 - and one male goat for a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering and its grain offering and its libation.
Numbers 29:25 - and one male goat for a sin offering, besides the continual burnt offering, its grain offering and its libation.

Numbers 31:49 - and they said to Moses, "Your servants have taken a census of men of war who are in our charge, and no man of us is missing.
Numbers 32:7 - "Now why are you discouraging the sons of Israel from crossing over into the land which the LORD has given them?
Numbers 32:14 - "Now behold, you have risen up in your fathers' place, a brood of sinful men, to add still more to the burning anger of the LORD against Israel.
Numbers 32:23 - "But if you will not do so, behold, you have sinned against the LORD, and be sure your sin will find you out.
Numbers 33:11 - And they journeyed from the Red Sea, and camped in the wilderness of Sin.
Numbers 33:12 - And they journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, and camped at Dophkah.
Numbers 33:15 - And they journeyed from Rephidim, and camped in the wilderness of Sinai.
Numbers 33:16 - And they journeyed from the wilderness of Sinai, and camped at Kibroth-hattaavah.
Numbers 34:15 - "The two and a half tribes have received their possession across the Jordan opposite Jericho, eastward toward the sunrising."
Deuteronomy 1:41 - "Then you answered and said to me, 'We have sinned against the LORD; we will indeed go up and fight, just as the LORD our God commanded us.' And every man of you girded on his weapons of war, and regarded it as easy to go up into the hill country.

Deuteronomy 9:1 - "Hear, O Israel! You are crossing over the Jordan today to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than you, great cities fortified to heaven,
Deuteronomy 9:3 - "Know therefore today that it is the LORD your God who is crossing over before you as a consuming fire. He will destroy them and He will subdue them before you, so that you may drive them out and destroy them quickly, just as the LORD has spoken to you.
Deuteronomy 9:4 - "Do not say in your heart when the LORD your God has driven them out before you, 'Because of my righteousness the LORD has brought me in to possess this land,' but [it is] because of the wickedness of these nations [that] the LORD is dispossessing them before you.
Deuteronomy 9:16 - "And I saw that you had indeed sinned against the LORD your God. You had made for yourselves a molten calf; you had turned aside quickly from the way which the LORD had commanded you.
Deuteronomy 9:18 - "And I fell down before the LORD, as at the first, forty days and nights; I neither ate bread nor drank water, because of all your sin which you had committed in doing what was evil in the sight of the LORD to provoke Him to anger.
Deuteronomy 9:21 - "And I took your sinful [thing], the calf which you had made, and burned it with fire and crushed it, grinding it very small until it was as fine as dust; and I threw its dust into the brook that came down from the mountain.
Deuteronomy 9:27 - 'Remember Thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; do not look at the stubbornness of this people or at their wickedness or their sin.
Deuteronomy 11:26 - "See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse:
Deuteronomy 11:27 - the blessing, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, which I am commanding you today;

Deuteronomy 12:15 - "However, you may slaughter and eat meat within any of your gates, whatever you desire, according to the blessing of the LORD your God which He has given you; the unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the gazelle and the deer.
Deuteronomy 14:24 - "And if the distance is so great for you that you are not able to bring [the tithe], since the place where the LORD your God chooses to set His name is too far away from you when the LORD your God blesses you,
Deuteronomy 15:4 - "However, there shall be no poor among you, since the LORD will surely bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance to possess,
Deuteronomy 15:9 - "Beware, lest there is a base thought in your heart, saying, 'The seventh year, the year of remission, is near,' and your eye is hostile toward your poor brother, and you give him nothing; then he may cry to the LORD against you, and it will be a sin in you.
Deuteronomy 15:16 - "And it shall come about if he says to you, 'I will not go out from you,' because he loves you and your household, since he fares well with you;
Deuteronomy 16:17 - "Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD your God which He has given you.
Deuteronomy 17:2 - "If there is found in your midst, in any of your towns, which the LORD your God is giving you, a man or a woman who does what is evil in the sight of the LORD your God, by transgressing His covenant,
Deuteronomy 17:16 - "Moreover, he shall not multiply horses for himself, nor shall he cause the people to return to Egypt to multiply horses, since the LORD has said to you, 'You shall never again return that way.'
Deuteronomy 19:6 - lest the avenger of blood pursue the manslayer in the heat of his anger, and overtake him, because the way is long, and take his life, though he was not deserving of death, since he had not hated him previously.
Deuteronomy 19:15 - "A single witness shall not rise up against a man on account of any iniquity or any sin which he has committed; on the evidence of two or three witnesses a matter shall be confirmed.
Deuteronomy 20:18 - in order that they may not teach you to do according to all their detestable things which they have done for their gods, so that you would sin against the LORD your God.
Deuteronomy 21:22 - "And if a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree,

Deuteronomy 23:14 - "Since the LORD your God walks in the midst of your camp to deliver you and to defeat your enemies before you, therefore your camp must be holy; and He must not see anything indecent among you lest He turn away from you.
Deuteronomy 23:21 - "When you make a vow to the LORD your God, you shall not delay to pay it, for it would be sin in you, and the LORD your God will surely require it of you.
Deuteronomy 23:22 - "However, if you refrain from vowing, it would not be sin in you.
Deuteronomy 24:4 - [then] her former husband who sent her away is not allowed to take her again to be his wife, since she has been defiled; for that is an abomination before the LORD, and you shall not bring sin on the land which the LORD your God gives you as an inheritance.
Deuteronomy 24:15 - "You shall give him his wages on his day before the sun sets, for he is poor and sets his heart on it; so that he may not cry against you to the LORD and it become sin in you.
Deuteronomy 24:16 - "Fathers shall not be put to death for [their] sons, nor shall sons be put to death for [their] fathers; everyone shall be put to death for his own sin.
Deuteronomy 28:2 - "And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you will obey the LORD your God.
Deuteronomy 28:8 - "The LORD will command the blessing upon you in your barns and in all that you put your hand to, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you.
Deuteronomy 28:55 - so that he will not give [even] one of them any of the flesh of his children which he shall eat, since he has nothing [else] left, during the siege and the distress by which your enemy shall oppress you in all your towns.
Deuteronomy 29:21 - "Then the LORD will single him out for adversity from all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant which are written in this book of the law.
Deuteronomy 30:1 - "So it shall be when all of these things have come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you call [them] to mind in all nations where the LORD your God has banished you,
Deuteronomy 30:18 - I declare to you today that you shall surely perish. You shall not prolong [your] days in the land where you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess it.
Deuteronomy 30:19 - "I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants,
Deuteronomy 33:1 - Now this is the blessing with which Moses the man of God blessed the sons of Israel before his death.
Deuteronomy 33:2 - And he said, "The LORD came from Sinai, And dawned on them from Seir; He shone forth from Mount Paran, And He came from the midst of ten thousand holy ones; At His right hand there was flashing lightning for them.
Deuteronomy 33:23 - And of Naphtali he said, "O Naphtali, satisfied with favor, And full of the blessing of the LORD, Take possession of the sea and the south."
Deuteronomy 34:10 - Since then no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face,
Joshua 2:12 - "Now therefore, please swear to me by the LORD, since I have dealt kindly with you, that you also will deal kindly with my father's household, and give me a pledge of truth,
Joshua 2:14 - So the men said to her, "Our life for yours if you do not tell this business of ours; and it shall come about when the LORD gives us the land that we will deal kindly and faithfully with you."
Joshua 2:20 - "But if you tell this business of ours, then we shall be free from the oath which you have made us swear."
Joshua 3:11 - "Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth is crossing over ahead of you into the Jordan.
Joshua 4:1 - Now it came about when all the nation had finished crossing the Jordan, that the LORD spoke to Joshua, saying,
Joshua 4:11 - and it came about when all the people had finished crossing, that the ark of the LORD and the priests crossed before the people.
Joshua 5:8 - Now it came about when they had finished circumcising all the nation, that they remained in their places in the camp until they were healed.
Joshua 7:8 - "O Lord, what can I say since Israel has turned [their] back before their enemies?
Joshua 7:11 - "Israel has sinned, and they have also transgressed My covenant which I commanded them. And they have even taken some of the things under the ban and have both stolen and deceived. Moreover, they have also put [them] among their own things.
Joshua 7:20 - So Achan answered Joshua and said, "Truly, I have sinned against the LORD, the God of Israel, and this is what I did:
Joshua 8:34 - Then afterward he read all the words of the law, the blessing and the curse, according to all that is written in the book of the law.
Joshua 15:19 - Then she said, "Give me a blessing; since you have given me the land of the Negev, give me also springs of water." So he gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.
Joshua 17:14 - Then the sons of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying, "Why have you given me only one lot and one portion for an inheritance, since I am a numerous people whom the LORD has thus far blessed?"
Joshua 17:15 - And Joshua said to them, "If you are a numerous people, go up to the forest and clear a place for yourself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the Rephaim, since the hill country of Ephraim is too narrow for you."
Joshua 24:14 - "Now, therefore, fear the LORD and serve Him in sincerity and truth; and put away the gods which your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the LORD.
Joshua 24:19 - Then Joshua said to the people, "You will not be able to serve the LORD, for He is a holy God. He is a jealous God; He will not forgive your transgression or your sins.
Judges 1:15 - And she said to him, "Give me a blessing, since you have given me the land of the Negev, give me also springs of water." So Caleb gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.

Judges 5:31 - "Thus let all Thine enemies perish, O LORD; But let those who love Him be like the rising of the sun in its might." And the land was undisturbed for forty years.
Judges 10:10 - Then the sons of Israel cried out to the LORD, saying, "We have sinned against Thee, for indeed, we have forsaken our God and served the Baals."
Judges 10:15 - And the sons of Israel said to the LORD, "We have sinned, do to us whatever seems good to Thee; only please deliver us this day."
Judges 11:23 - 'Since now the LORD, the God of Israel, drove out the Amorites from before His people Israel, are you then to possess it?

Judges 11:36 - So she said to him, "My father, you have given your word to the LORD; do to me as you have said, since the LORD has avenged you of your enemies, the sons of Ammon."
Judges 15:7 - And Samson said to them, "Since you act like this, I will surely take revenge on you, but after that I will quit."

Judges 21:3 - And they said, "Why, O LORD, God of Israel, has this come about in Israel, so that one tribe should be [missing] today in Israel?"
Judges 21:7 - "What shall we do for wives for those who are left, since we have sworn by the LORD not to give them any of our daughters in marriage?"
Judges 21:16 - Then the elders of the congregation said, "What shall we do for wives for those who are left, since the women are destroyed out of Benjamin?"
Ruth 1:21 - "I went out full, but the LORD has brought me back empty. Why do you call me Naomi, since the LORD has witnessed against me and the Almighty has afflicted me?"
Ruth 2:10 - Then she fell on her face, bowing to the ground and said to him, "Why have I found favor in your sight that you should take notice of me, since I am a foreigner?"
Ruth 4:1 - Now Boaz went up to the gate and sat down there, and behold, the close relative of whom Boaz spoke was passing by, so he said, "Turn aside, friend, sit down here." And he turned aside and sat down.
1 Samuel 2:17 - Thus the sin of the young men was very great before the LORD, for the men despised the offering of the LORD.
1 Samuel 2:25 - "If one man sins against another, God will mediate for him; but if a man sins against the LORD, who can intercede for him?" But they would not listen to the voice of their father, for the LORD desired to put them to death.
1 Samuel 7:6 - And they gathered to Mizpah, and drew water and poured it out before the LORD, and fasted on that day, and said there, "We have sinned against the LORD." And Samuel judged the sons of Israel at Mizpah.
1 Samuel 8:6 - But the thing was displeasing in the sight of Samuel when they said, "Give us a king to judge us." And Samuel prayed to the LORD.
1 Samuel 8:8 - "Like all the deeds which they have done since the day that I brought them up from Egypt even to this day-- in that they have forsaken Me and served other gods-- so they are doing to you also.
1 Samuel 9:24 - Then the cook took up the leg with what was on it and set [it] before Saul. And [Samuel] said, "Here is what has been reserved! Set [it] before you [and] eat, because it has been kept for you until the appointed time, since I said I have invited the people." So Saul ate with Samuel that day.
1 Samuel 10:18 - and he said to the sons of Israel, "Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, 'I brought Israel up from Egypt, and I delivered you from the hand of the Egyptians, and from the power of all the kingdoms that were oppressing you.'
1 Samuel 12:10 - "And they cried out to the LORD and said, 'We have sinned because we have forsaken the LORD and have served the Baals and the Ashtaroth; but now deliver us from the hands of our enemies, and we will serve Thee.'
1 Samuel 12:19 - Then all the people said to Samuel, "Pray for your servants to the LORD your God, so that we may not die, for we have added to all our sins [this] evil by asking for ourselves a king."
1 Samuel 12:23 - "Moreover, as for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the LORD by ceasing to pray for you; but I will instruct you in the good and right way.
1 Samuel 14:33 - Then they told Saul, saying, "Behold, the people are sinning against the LORD by eating with the blood." And he said, "You have acted treacherously; roll a great stone to me today."
1 Samuel 14:34 - And Saul said, "Disperse yourselves among the people and say to them, 'Each one of you bring me his ox or his sheep, and slaughter [it] here and eat; and do not sin against the LORD by eating with the blood.'" So all the people that night brought each one his ox with him, and slaughtered [it] there.
1 Samuel 14:38 - And Saul said, "Draw near here, all you chiefs of the people, and investigate and see how this sin has happened today.
1 Samuel 15:18 - and the LORD sent you on a mission, and said, 'Go and utterly destroy the sinners, the Amalekites, and fight against them until they are exterminated.'
1 Samuel 15:23 - "For rebellion is as the sin of divination, And insubordination is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, He has also rejected you from [being] king."
1 Samuel 15:24 - Then Saul said to Samuel, "I have sinned; I have indeed transgressed the command of the LORD and your words, because I feared the people and listened to their voice.
1 Samuel 15:25 - "Now therefore, please pardon my sin and return with me, that I may worship the LORD."
1 Samuel 15:30 - Then he said, "I have sinned; [but] please honor me now before the elders of my people and before Israel, and go back with me, that I may worship the LORD your God."
1 Samuel 16:1 - Now the LORD said to Samuel, "How long will you grieve over Saul, since I have rejected him from being king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go; I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have selected a king for Myself among his sons."
1 Samuel 17:53 - And the sons of Israel returned from chasing the Philistines and plundered their camps.
1 Samuel 18:5 - So David went out wherever Saul sent him, [and] prospered; and Saul set him over the men of war. And it was pleasing in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul's servants.
1 Samuel 18:6 - And it happened as they were coming, when David returned from killing the Philistine, that the women came out of all the cities of Israel, singing and dancing, to meet King Saul, with tambourines, with joy and with musical instruments.
1 Samuel 18:23 - So Saul's servants spoke these words to David. But David said, "Is it trivial in your sight to become the king's son-in-law, since I am a poor man and lightly esteemed?"
1 Samuel 19:4 - Then Jonathan spoke well of David to Saul his father, and said to him, "Do not let the king sin against his servant David, since he has not sinned against you, and since his deeds [have been] very beneficial to you.
1 Samuel 19:5 - "For he took his life in his hand and struck the Philistine, and the LORD brought about a great deliverance for all Israel; you saw [it] and rejoiced. Why then will you sin against innocent blood, by putting David to death without a cause?"
1 Samuel 20:1 - Then David fled from Naioth in Ramah, and came and said to Jonathan, "What have I done? What is my iniquity? And what is my sin before your father, that he is seeking my life?"
1 Samuel 20:2 - And he said to him, "Far from it, you shall not die. Behold, my father does nothing either great or small without disclosing it to me. So why should my father hide this thing from me? It is not so!"
1 Samuel 20:29 - for he said, 'Please let me go, since our family has a sacrifice in the city, and my brother has commanded me to attend. And now, if I have found favor in your sight, please let me get away that I may see my brothers.' For this reason he has not come to the king's table."
1 Samuel 20:30 - Then Saul's anger burned against Jonathan and he said to him, "You son of a perverse, rebellious woman! Do I not know that you are choosing the son of Jesse to your own shame and to the shame of your mother's nakedness?
1 Samuel 21:11 - But the servants of Achish said to him, "Is this not David the king of the land? Did they not sing of this one as they danced, saying, 'Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands '?"
1 Samuel 24:6 - So he said to his men, "Far be it from me because of the LORD that I should do this thing to my lord, the LORD's anointed, to stretch out my hand against him, since he is the LORD's anointed."
1 Samuel 24:11 - "Now, my father, see! Indeed, see the edge of your robe in my hand! For in that I cut off the edge of your robe and did not kill you, know and perceive that there is no evil or rebellion in my hands, and I have not sinned against you, though you are lying in wait for my life to take it.
1 Samuel 24:14 - "After whom has the king of Israel come out? Whom are you pursuing? A dead dog, a single flea?
1 Samuel 25:2 - Now [there was] a man in Maon whose business was in Carmel; and the man was very rich, and he had three thousand sheep and a thousand goats. And it came about while he was shearing his sheep in Carmel
1 Samuel 25:18 - Then Abigail hurried and took two hundred [loaves] of bread and two jugs of wine and five sheep already prepared and five measures of roasted grain and a hundred clusters of raisins and two hundred cakes of figs, and loaded [them] on donkeys.
1 Samuel 25:26 - "Now therefore, my lord, as the LORD lives, and as your soul lives, since the LORD has restrained you from shedding blood, and from avenging yourself by your own hand, now then let your enemies, and those who seek evil against my lord, be as Nabal.
1 Samuel 26:20 - "Now then, do not let my blood fall to the ground away from the presence of the LORD; for the king of Israel has come out to search for a single flea, just as one hunts a partridge in the mountains."
1 Samuel 26:21 - Then Saul said, "I have sinned. Return, my son David, for I will not harm you again because my life was precious in your sight this day. Behold, I have played the fool and have committed a serious error."
1 Samuel 28:16 - And Samuel said, "Why then do you ask me, since the LORD has departed from you and has become your adversary?
1 Samuel 29:5 - "Is this not David, of whom they sing in the dances, saying, 'Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands '?"
1 Samuel 29:6 - Then Achish called David and said to him, "[As] the LORD lives, you [have been] upright, and your going out and your coming in with me in the army are pleasing in my sight; for I have not found evil in you from the day of your coming to me to this day. Nevertheless, you are not pleasing in the sight of the lords.
1 Samuel 29:9 - But Achish answered and said to David, "I know that you are pleasing in my sight, like an angel of God; nevertheless the commanders of the Philistines have said, 'He must not go up with us to the battle.'
1 Samuel 30:12 - And they gave him a piece of fig cake and two clusters of raisins, and he ate; then his spirit revived. For he had not eaten bread or drunk water for three days and three nights.
1 Samuel 30:19 - But nothing of theirs was missing, whether small or great, sons or daughters, spoil or anything that they had taken for themselves; David brought [it] all back.
2 Samuel 2:30 - Then Joab returned from following Abner; when he had gathered all the people together, nineteen of David's servants besides Asahel were missing.
2 Samuel 6:19 - Further, he distributed to all the people, to all the multitude of Israel, both to men and women, a cake of bread and one of dates and one of raisins to each one. Then all the people departed each to his house.
2 Samuel 7:6 - "For I have not dwelt in a house since the day I brought up the sons of Israel from Egypt, even to this day; but I have been moving about in a tent, even in a tabernacle.
2 Samuel 7:29 - "Now therefore, may it please Thee to bless the house of Thy servant, that it may continue forever before Thee. For Thou, O Lord God, hast spoken; and with Thy blessing may the house of Thy servant be blessed forever."
2 Samuel 12:13 - Then David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the LORD." And Nathan said to David, "The LORD also has taken away your sin; you shall not die.
2 Samuel 12:18 - Then it happened on the seventh day that the child died. 2 Samuel 13:32 - And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah, David's brother, responded, "Do not let my lord suppose they have put to death all the young men, the king's sons, for Amnon alone is dead; because by the intent of Absalom this has been determined since the day that he violated his sister Tamar.
2 Samuel 13:39 - And [the heart of] King David longed to go out to Absalom; for he was comforted concerning Amnon, since he was dead.
2 Samuel 15:24 - Now behold, Zadok also [came], and all the Levites with him carrying the ark of the covenant of God. And they set down the ark of God, and Abiathar came up until all the people had finished passing from the city.
2 Samuel 16:1 - Now when David had passed a little beyond the summit, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him with a couple of saddled donkeys, and on them [were] two hundred loaves of bread, a hundred clusters of raisins, a hundred summer fruits, and a jug of wine.
2 Samuel 16:5 - When King David came to Bahurim, behold, there came out from there a man of the family of the house of Saul whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera; he came out cursing continually as he came.
2 Samuel 16:12 - "Perhaps the LORD will look on my affliction and return good to me instead of his cursing this day."
2 Samuel 17:28 - brought beds, basins, pottery, wheat, barley, flour, parched [grain], beans, lentils, parched [seeds],
2 Samuel 18:22 - Now Ahimaaz the son of Zadok said once more to Joab, "But whatever happens, please let me also run after the Cushite." And Joab said, "Why would you run, my son, since you will have no reward for going?"
2 Samuel 19:11 - Then King David sent to Zadok and Abiathar the priests, saying, "Speak to the elders of Judah, saying, 'Why are you the last to bring the king back to his house, since the word of all Israel has come to the king, [even] to his house?
2 Samuel 19:18 - Then they kept crossing the ford to bring over the king's household, and to do what was good in his sight. And Shimei the son of Gera fell down before the king as he was about to cross the Jordan.
2 Samuel 19:20 - "For your servant knows that I have sinned; therefore behold, I have come today, the first of all the house of Joseph to go down to meet my lord the king."
2 Samuel 19:30 - And Mephibosheth said to the king, "Let him even take it all, since my lord the king has come safely to his own house."
2 Samuel 19:35 - "I am now eighty years old. Can I distinguish between good and bad? Or can your servant taste what I eat or what I drink? Or can I hear anymore the voice of singing men and women? Why then should your servant be an added burden to my lord the king?
2 Samuel 22:50 - "Therefore I will give thanks to Thee, O LORD, among the nations, And I will sing praises to Thy name.
2 Samuel 24:10 - Now David's heart troubled him after he had numbered the people. So David said to the LORD, "I have sinned greatly in what I have done. But now, O LORD, please take away the iniquity of Thy servant, for I have acted very foolishly."
2 Samuel 24:17 - Then David spoke to the LORD when he saw the angel who was striking down the people, and said, "Behold, it is I who have sinned, and it is I who have done wrong; but these sheep, what have they done? Please let Thy hand be against me and against my father's house."

1 Kings 7:40 - Now Hiram made the basins and the shovels and the bowls. So Hiram finished doing all the work which he performed for King Solomon [in] the house of the LORD:
1 Kings 7:43 - and the ten stands with the ten basins on the stands;
1 Kings 8:16 - 'Since the day that I brought My people Israel from Egypt, I did not choose a city out of all the tribes of Israel [in which] to build a house that My name might be there, but I chose David to be over My people Israel.'
1 Kings 8:31 - "If a man sins against his neighbor and is made to take an oath, and he comes [and] takes an oath before Thine altar in this house,

1 Kings 13:34 - And this event became sin to the house of Jeroboam, even to blot [it] out and destroy [it] from off the face of the earth.
1 Kings 14:16 - "And He will give up Israel on account of the sins of Jeroboam, which he committed and with which he made Israel to sin."
1 Kings 14:22 - And Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked Him to jealousy more than all that their fathers had done, with the sins which they committed.

1 Kings 16:2 - "Inasmuch as I exalted you from the dust and made you leader over My people Israel, and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam and have made My people Israel sin, provoking Me to anger with their sins,
1 Kings 16:11 - And it came about, when he became king, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he killed all the household of Baasha; he did not leave a single male, neither of his relatives nor of his friends.
1 Kings 16:13 - for all the sins of Baasha and the sins of Elah his son, which they sinned and which they made Israel sin, provoking the LORD God of Israel to anger with their idols.
1 Kings 16:19 - because of his sins which he sinned, doing evil in the sight of the LORD, walking in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin which he did, making Israel sin.
1 Kings 16:26 - For he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat and in his sins which he made Israel sin, provoking the LORD God of Israel with their idols.
1 Kings 16:31 - And it came about, as though it had been a trivial thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he married Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and went to serve Baal and worshiped him.
1 Kings 17:20 - And he called to the LORD and said, "O LORD my God, hast Thou also brought calamity to the widow with whom I am staying, by causing her son to die?"
1 Kings 18:9 - And he said, "What sin have I committed, that you are giving your servant into the hand of Ahab, to put me to death?
1 Kings 19:11 - So He said, "Go forth, and stand on the mountain before the LORD." And behold, the LORD was passing by! And a great and strong wind was rending the mountains and breaking in pieces the rocks before the LORD; [but] the LORD [was] not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake, [but] the LORD [was] not in the earthquake.
1 Kings 20:39 - And as the king passed by, he cried to the king and said, "Your servant went out into the midst of the battle; and behold, a man turned aside and brought a man to me and said, 'Guard this man; if for any reason he is missing, then your life shall be for his life, or else you shall pay a talent of silver.'
1 Kings 21:22 - and I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, because of the provocation with which you have provoked [Me] to anger, and [because] you have made Israel sin.

2 Kings 10:29 - However, [as for] the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which he made Israel sin, from these Jehu did not depart, [even] the golden calves that [were] at Bethel and that [were] at Dan.

2 Kings 21:11 - "Because Manasseh king of Judah has done these abominations, having done wickedly more than all the Amorites did who [were] before him, and has also made Judah sin with his idols;
2 Kings 21:15 - because they have done evil in My sight, and have been provoking Me to anger, since the day their fathers came from Egypt, even to this day.'"
2 Kings 21:16 - Moreover, Manasseh shed very much innocent blood until he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; besides his sin with which he made Judah sin, in doing evil in the sight of the LORD.

1 Chronicles 12:40 - Moreover those who were near to them, [even] as far as Issachar and Zebulun and Naphtali, brought food on donkeys, camels, mules, and on oxen, great quantities of flour cakes, fig cakes and bunches of raisins, wine, oil, oxen and sheep. There was joy indeed in Israel.
1 Chronicles 15:16 - Then David spoke to the chiefs of the Levites to appoint their relatives the singers, with instruments of music, harps, lyres, loud-sounding cymbals, to raise sounds of joy.

1 Chronicles 15:22 - And Chenaniah, chief of the Levites, was [in charge of] the singing; he gave instruction in singing because he was skillful.

1 Chronicles 16:9 - Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; Speak of all His wonders.

1 Chronicles 16:33 - Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the LORD; For He is coming to judge the earth.

1 Chronicles 25:6 - All these were under the direction of their father to sing in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, harps and lyres, for the service of the house of God. Asaph, Jeduthun and Heman [were] under the direction of the king.
1 Chronicles 25:7 - And their number who were trained in singing to the LORD, with their relatives, all who were skillful, [was] 288.
1 Chronicles 28:17 - and the forks, the basins, and the pitchers of pure gold; and for the golden bowls with the weight for each bowl; and for the silver bowls with the weight for each bowl;

2 Chronicles 6:24 - "And if Thy people Israel are defeated before an enemy, because they have sinned against Thee, and they return [to Thee] and confess Thy name, and pray and make supplication before Thee in this house,
2 Chronicles 6:25 - then hear Thou from heaven and forgive the sin of Thy people Israel, and bring them back to the land which Thou hast given to them and to their fathers.
2 Chronicles 6:26 - "When the heavens are shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against Thee, and they pray toward this place and confess Thy name, and turn from their sin when Thou dost afflict them;
2 Chronicles 6:27 - then hear Thou in heaven and forgive the sin of Thy servants and Thy people Israel, indeed, teach them the good way in which they should walk. And send rain on Thy land, which Thou hast given to Thy people for an inheritance.
2 Chronicles 6:36 - "When they sin against Thee (for there is no man who does not sin) and Thou art angry with them and dost deliver them to an enemy, so that they take them away captive to a land far off or near,
2 Chronicles 6:37 - if they take thought in the land where they are taken captive, and repent and make supplication to Thee in the land of their captivity, saying, 'We have sinned, we have committed iniquity, and have acted wickedly';
2 Chronicles 6:39 - then hear from heaven, from Thy dwelling place, their prayer and supplications, and maintain their cause, and forgive Thy people who have sinned against Thee.
2 Chronicles 7:14 - and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 9:11 - And from the algum the king made steps for the house of the LORD and for the king's palace, and lyres and harps for the singers; and none like that was seen before in the land of Judah.
2 Chronicles 9:15 - And King Solomon made 200 large shields of beaten gold, using 600 [shekels of] beaten gold on each large shield.
2 Chronicles 9:16 - And [he made] 300 shields of beaten gold, using three hundred shekels of gold on each shield, and the king put them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.
2 Chronicles 14:6 - And he built fortified cities in Judah, since the land was undisturbed, and there was no one at war with him during those years, because the LORD had given him rest.
2 Chronicles 20:22 - And when they began singing and praising, the LORD set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; so they were routed.
2 Chronicles 21:7 - Yet the LORD was not willing to destroy the house of David because of the covenant which He had made with David, and since He had promised to give a lamp to him and his sons forever.
2 Chronicles 23:12 - When Athaliah heard the noise of the people running and praising the king, she came into the house of the LORD to the people.
2 Chronicles 23:13 - And she looked, and behold, the king was standing by his pillar at the entrance, and the captains and the trumpeters [were] beside the king. And all the people of the land rejoiced and blew trumpets, the singers with [their] musical instruments leading the praise. Then Athaliah tore her clothes and said, "Treason! Treason!"
2 Chronicles 23:18 - Moreover, Jehoiada placed the offices of the house of the LORD under the authority of the Levitical priests, whom David had assigned over the house of the LORD, to offer the burnt offerings of the LORD, as it is written in the law of Moses-- with rejoicing and singing according to the order of David.
2 Chronicles 25:4 - However, he did not put their children to death, but [did] as it is written in the law in the book of Moses, which the LORD commanded, saying, "Fathers shall not be put to death for sons, nor sons be put to death for fathers, but each shall be put to death for his own sin."
2 Chronicles 28:10 - "And now you are proposing to subjugate for yourselves the people of Judah and Jerusalem for male and female slaves. Surely, [do] you not [have] transgressions of your own against the LORD your God?
2 Chronicles 28:13 - and said to them, "You must not bring the captives in here, for you are proposing [to bring] upon us guilt against the LORD adding to our sins and our guilt; for our guilt is great so that [His] burning anger is against Israel."
2 Chronicles 29:8 - "Therefore the wrath of the LORD was against Judah and Jerusalem, and He has made them an object of terror, of horror, and of hissing, as you see with your own eyes.
2 Chronicles 29:21 - And they brought seven bulls, seven rams, seven lambs, and seven male goats for a sin offering for the kingdom, the sanctuary, and Judah. And he ordered the priests, the sons of Aaron, to offer [them] on the altar of the LORD.
2 Chronicles 29:23 - Then they brought the male goats of the sin offering before the king and the assembly, and they laid their hands on them.
2 Chronicles 29:24 - And the priests slaughtered them and purged the altar with their blood to atone for all Israel, for the king ordered the burnt offering and the sin offering for all Israel.
2 Chronicles 29:28 - While the whole assembly worshiped, the singers also sang and the trumpets sounded; all this [continued] until the burnt offering was finished.
2 Chronicles 29:30 - Moreover, King Hezekiah and the officials ordered the Levites to sing praises to the LORD with the words of David and Asaph the seer. So they sang praises with joy, and bowed down and worshiped.
2 Chronicles 30:3 - since they could not celebrate it at that time, because the priests had not consecrated themselves in sufficient numbers, nor had the people been gathered to Jerusalem.
2 Chronicles 30:26 - So there was great joy in Jerusalem, because there was nothing like this in Jerusalem since the days of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel.
2 Chronicles 31:10 - And Azariah the chief priest of the house of Zadok said to him, "Since the contributions began to be brought into the house of the LORD, we have had enough to eat with plenty left over, for the LORD has blessed His people, and this great quantity is left over."
2 Chronicles 33:19 - His prayer also and [how God] was entreated by him, and all his sin, his unfaithfulness, and the sites on which he built high places and erected the Asherim and the carved images, before he humbled himself, behold, they are written in the records of the Hozai.
2 Chronicles 35:15 - The singers, the sons of Asaph, [were] also at their stations according to the command of David, Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun the king's seer; and the gatekeepers at each gate did not have to depart from their service, because the Levites their brethren prepared for them.

Ezra 2:65 - besides their male and female servants, who numbered 7,337; and they had 200 singing men and women.
Ezra 2:70 - Now the priests and the Levites, some of the people, the singers, the gatekeepers, and the temple servants lived in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.
Ezra 3:11 - And they sang, praising and giving thanks to the LORD, [saying], "For He is good, for His lovingkindness is upon Israel forever." And all the people shouted with a great shout when they praised the LORD because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid.
Ezra 4:2 - they approached Zerubbabel and the heads of fathers' [households], and said to them, "Let us build with you, for we, like you, seek your God; and we have been sacrificing to Him since the days of Esarhaddon king of Assyria, who brought us up here."
Ezra 6:17 - And they offered for the dedication of this temple of God 100 bulls, 200 rams, 400 lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel 12 male goats, corresponding to the number of the tribes of Israel.
Ezra 7:7 - And some of the sons of Israel and some of the priests, the Levites, the singers, the gatekeepers, and the temple servants went up to Jerusalem in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes.
Ezra 7:24 - "We also inform you that it is not allowed to impose tax, tribute or toll [on] any of the priests, Levites, singers, doorkeepers, Nethinim, or servants of this house of God.
Ezra 8:35 - The exiles who had come from the captivity offered burnt offerings to the God of Israel: 12 bulls for all Israel, 96 rams, 77 lambs, 12 male goats for a sin offering, all as a burnt offering to the LORD.
Ezra 9:7 - "Since the days of our fathers to this day we [have been] in great guilt, and on account of our iniquities we, our kings [and] our priests have been given into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, and to plunder and to open shame, as [it is] this day.
Ezra 9:13 - "And after all that has come upon us for our evil deeds and our great guilt, since Thou our God hast requited [us] less than our iniquities [deserve], and hast given us an escaped remnant as this,
Ezra 10:24 - And of the singers [there was] Eliashib; and of the gatekeepers: Shallum, Telem, and Uri.
Nehemiah 1:6 - let Thine ear now be attentive and Thine eyes open to hear the prayer of Thy servant which I am praying before Thee now, day and night, on behalf of the sons of Israel Thy servants, confessing the sins of the sons of Israel which we have sinned against Thee; I and my father's house have sinned.
Nehemiah 2:10 - And when Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite official heard [about it], it was very displeasing to them that someone had come to seek the welfare of the sons of Israel.
Nehemiah 4:5 - Do not forgive their iniquity and let not their sin be blotted out before Thee, for they have demoralized the builders.
Nehemiah 6:13 - He was hired for this reason, that I might become frightened and act accordingly and sin, so that they might have an evil report in order that they could reproach me.
Nehemiah 7:1 - Now it came about when the wall was rebuilt and I had set up the doors, and the gatekeepers and the singers and the Levites were appointed,
Nehemiah 7:44 - The singers: the sons of Asaph, 148.
Nehemiah 7:67 - besides their male and their female servants, of whom [there were] 7,337; and they had 245 male and female singers.
Nehemiah 7:70 - And some from among the heads of fathers' [households] gave to the work. The governor gave to the treasury 1,000 gold drachmas, 50 basins, 530 priests' garments.
Nehemiah 7:73 - Now the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, some of the people, the temple servants, and all Israel, lived in their cities. And when the seventh month came, the sons of Israel [were] in their cities.
Nehemiah 9:2 - And the descendants of Israel separated themselves from all foreigners, and stood and confessed their sins and the iniquities of their fathers.
Nehemiah 9:5 - Then the Levites, Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, [and] Pethahiah, said, "Arise, bless the LORD your God forever and ever! O may Thy glorious name be blessed And exalted above all blessing and praise!
Nehemiah 9:13 - "Then Thou didst come down on Mount Sinai, And didst speak with them from heaven; Thou didst give to them just ordinances and true laws, Good statutes and commandments.
Nehemiah 9:29 - And admonished them in order to turn them back to Thy law. Yet they acted arrogantly and did not listen to Thy commandments but sinned against Thine ordinances, By which if a man observes them he shall live. And they turned a stubborn shoulder and stiffened their neck, and would not listen.
Nehemiah 9:37 - "And its abundant produce is for the kings Whom Thou hast set over us because of our sins; They also rule over our bodies And over our cattle as they please, So we are in great distress.
Nehemiah 10:28 - Now the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and all those who had separated themselves from the peoples of the lands to the law of God, their wives, their sons and their daughters, all those who had knowledge and understanding,
Nehemiah 10:33 - for the showbread, for the continual grain offering, for the continual burnt offering, the sabbaths, the new moon, for the appointed times, for the holy things and for the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and all the work of the house of our God.
Nehemiah 10:39 - For the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi shall bring the contribution of the grain, the new wine and the oil, to the chambers; there are the utensils of the sanctuary, the priests who are ministering, the gatekeepers, and the singers. Thus we will not neglect the house of our God.
Nehemiah 11:22 - Now the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, from the sons of Asaph, who were the singers for the service of the house of God.
Nehemiah 12:28 - So the sons of the singers were assembled from the district around Jerusalem, and from the villages of the Netophathites,
Nehemiah 12:29 - from Beth-gilgal, and from [their] fields in Geba and Azmaveth, for the singers had built themselves villages around Jerusalem.
Nehemiah 12:42 - and Maaseiah, Shemaiah, Eleazar, Uzzi, Jehohanan, Malchijah, Elam, and Ezer. And the singers sang, with Jezrahiah [their] leader,
Nehemiah 12:45 - For they performed the worship of their God and the service of purification, together with the singers and the gatekeepers in accordance with the command of David [and] of his son Solomon.
Nehemiah 12:46 - For in the days of David and Asaph, in ancient times, [there were] leaders of the singers, songs of praise and hymns of thanksgiving to God.
Nehemiah 12:47 - And so all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel and Nehemiah gave the portions due the singers and the gatekeepers as each day required, and set apart the consecrated [portion] for the Levites, and the Levites set apart the consecrated [portion] for the sons of Aaron.
Nehemiah 13:2 - because they did not meet the sons of Israel with bread and water, but hired Balaam against them to curse them. However, our God turned the curse into a blessing.
Nehemiah 13:5 - had prepared a large room for him, where formerly they put the grain offerings, the frankincense, the utensils, and the tithes of grain, wine and oil prescribed for the Levites, the singers and the gatekeepers, and the contributions for the priests.
Nehemiah 13:8 - And it was very displeasing to me, so I threw all of Tobiah's household goods out of the room.
Nehemiah 13:10 - I also discovered that the portions of the Levites had not been given [them], so that the Levites and the singers who performed the service had gone away, each to his own field.
Nehemiah 13:26 - "Did not Solomon king of Israel sin regarding these things? Yet among the many nations there was no king like him, and he was loved by his God, and God made him king over all Israel; nevertheless the foreign women caused even him to sin.
Esther 1:17 - "For the queen's conduct will become known to all the women causing them to look with contempt on their husbands by saying, 'King Ahasuerus commanded Queen Vashti to be brought in to his presence, but she did not come.'
Esther 3:3 - Then the king's servants who were at the king's gate said to Mordecai, "Why are you transgressing the king's command?"
Esther 3:9 - "If it is pleasing to the king, let it be decreed that they be destroyed, and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver into the hands of those who carry on the [king's] business, to put into the king's treasuries."
Esther 8:5 - Then she said, "If it pleases the king and if I have found favor before him and the matter [seems] proper to the king and I am pleasing in his sight, let it be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman, the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy the Jews who are in all the king's provinces.
Esther 9:3 - Even all the princes of the provinces, the satraps, the governors, and those who were doing the king's business assisted the Jews, because the dread of Mordecai had fallen on them.
Job 1:5 - And it came about, when the days of feasting had completed their cycle, that Job would send and consecrate them, rising up early in the morning and offering burnt offerings [according to] the number of them all; for Job said, "Perhaps my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts." Thus Job did continually.
Job 1:22 - Through all this Job did not sin nor did he blame God.
Job 2:10 - But he said to her, "You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. Shall we indeed accept good from God and not accept adversity?" In all this Job did not sin with his lips.
Job 7:4 - "When I lie down I say, 'When shall I arise?' But the night continues, And I am continually tossing until dawn.
Job 7:20 - "Have I sinned? What have I done to Thee, O watcher of men? Why hast Thou set me as Thy target, So that I am a burden to myself?

Job 35:3 - "For you say, 'What advantage will it be to You? What profit shall I have, more than if I had sinned?'

Ecclesiastes 5:6 - Do not let your speech cause you to sin and do not say in the presence of the messenger [of God] that it was a mistake. Why should God be angry on account of your voice and destroy the work of your hands?
Ecclesiastes 7:20 - Indeed, there is not a righteous man on earth who [continually] does good and who never sins.
Ecclesiastes 7:21 - Also, do not take seriously all words which are spoken, lest you hear your servant cursing you.
Ecclesiastes 7:26 - And I discovered more bitter than death the woman whose heart is snares and nets, whose hands are chains. One who is pleasing to God will escape from her, but the sinner will be captured by her.
Ecclesiastes 8:4 - Since the word of the king is authoritative, who will say to him, "What are you doing?"
Ecclesiastes 8:12 - Although a sinner does evil a hundred [times] and may lengthen his [life], still I know that it will be well for those who fear God, who fear Him openly.
Ecclesiastes 9:2 - It is the same for all. There is one fate for the righteous and for the wicked; for the good, for the clean, and for the unclean; for the man who offers a sacrifice and for the one who does not sacrifice. As the good man is, so is the sinner; as the swearer is, so is the one who is afraid to swear.
Ecclesiastes 9:18 - Wisdom is better than weapons of war, but one sinner destroys much good.
Ecclesiastes 12:4 - and the doors on the street are shut as the sound of the grinding mill is low, and one will arise at the sound of the bird, and all the daughters of song will sing softly.
Song of Solomon 1:3 - "Your oils have a pleasing fragrance, Your name is [like] purified oil; Therefore the maidens love you.

Isaiah 1:28 - But transgressors and sinners will be crushed together, And those who forsake the LORD shall come to an end.

Isaiah 7:17 - "The LORD will bring on you, on your people, and on your father's house such days as have never come since the day that Ephraim separated from Judah, the king of Assyria."
Isaiah 9:14 - So the LORD cuts off head and tail from Israel, [Both] palm branch and bulrush in a single day.
Isaiah 10:17 - And the light of Israel will become a fire and his Holy One a flame, And it will burn and devour his thorns and his briars in a single day.
Isaiah 11:8 - And the nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra, And the weaned child will put his hand on the viper's den.
Isaiah 13:9 - Behold, the day of the LORD is coming, Cruel, with fury and burning anger, To make the land a desolation; And He will exterminate its sinners from it.
Isaiah 14:6 - Which used to strike the peoples in fury with unceasing strokes, Which subdued the nations in anger with unrestrained persecution.
Isaiah 14:8 - "Even the cypress trees rejoice over you, [and] the cedars of Lebanon, [saying], 'Since you were laid low, no [tree] cutter comes up against us.'
Isaiah 16:7 - Therefore Moab shall wail; everyone of Moab shall wail. You shall moan for the raisin cakes of Kirhareseth As those who are utterly stricken.
Isaiah 19:17 - And the land of Judah will become a terror to Egypt; everyone to whom it is mentioned will be in dread of it, because of the purpose of the LORD of hosts which He is purposing against them.
Isaiah 19:24 - In that day Israel will be the third [party] with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth,
Isaiah 23:16 - Take [your] harp, walk about the city, O forgotten harlot; Pluck the strings skillfully, sing many songs, That you may be remembered.
Isaiah 26:12 - LORD, Thou wilt establish peace for us, Since Thou hast also performed for us all our works.
Isaiah 27:2 - In that day, "A vineyard of wine, sing of it!
Isaiah 27:9 - Therefore through this Jacob's iniquity will be forgiven; And this will be the full price of the pardoning of his sin: When he makes all the altar stones like pulverized chalk stones; [When] Asherim and incense altars will not stand.
Isaiah 28:8 - For all the tables are full of filthy vomit, without a [single clean] place.
Isaiah 30:1 - "Woe to the rebellious children," declares the LORD, "Who execute a plan, but not Mine, And make an alliance, but not of My Spirit, In order to add sin to sin;
Isaiah 30:12 - Therefore thus says the Holy One of Israel, "Since you have rejected this word, And have put your trust in oppression and guile, and have relied on them,
Isaiah 31:7 - For in that day every man will cast away his silver idols and his gold idols, which your hands have made as a sin.
Isaiah 33:14 - Sinners in Zion are terrified; Trembling has seized the godless. "Who among us can live with the consuming fire? Who among us can live with continual burning?"
Isaiah 33:15 - He who walks righteously, and speaks with sincerity, He who rejects unjust gain, And shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe; He who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshed, And shuts his eyes from looking upon evil;
Isaiah 34:16 - Seek from the book of the LORD, and read: Not one of these will be missing; None will lack its mate. For His mouth has commanded, And His Spirit has gathered them.
Isaiah 38:17 - "Lo, for [my own] welfare I had great bitterness; It is Thou who hast kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, For Thou hast cast all my sins behind Thy back.
Isaiah 40:2 - "Speak kindly to Jerusalem; And call out to her, that her warfare has ended, That her iniquity has been removed, That she has received of the LORD's hand Double for all her sins."
Isaiah 40:11 - Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, In His arm He will gather the lambs, And carry [them] in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing [ewes].
Isaiah 40:26 - Lift up your eyes on high And see who has created these [stars], The One who leads forth their host by number, He calls them all by name; Because of the greatness of His might and the strength of [His] power Not one [of them] is missing.
Isaiah 41:3 - "He pursues them, passing on in safety, By a way he had not been traversing with his feet.
Isaiah 41:25 - "I have aroused one from the north, and he has come; From the rising of the sun he will call on My name; And he will come upon rulers as [upon] mortar, Even as the potter treads clay."
Isaiah 42:11 - Let the wilderness and its cities lift up [their voices], The settlements where Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing aloud, Let them shout for joy from the tops of the mountains.
Isaiah 42:24 - Who gave Jacob up for spoil, and Israel to plunderers? Was it not the LORD, against whom we have sinned, And in whose ways they were not willing to walk, And whose law they did not obey?
Isaiah 43:4 - "Since you are precious in My sight, [Since] you are honored and I love you, I will give [other] men in your place and [other] peoples in exchange for your life.
Isaiah 43:24 - "You have bought Me no sweet cane with money, Neither have you filled Me with the fat of your sacrifices; Rather you have burdened Me with your sins, You have wearied Me with your iniquities.
Isaiah 43:25 - "I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake; And I will not remember your sins.
Isaiah 43:27 - "Your first forefather sinned, And your spokesmen have transgressed against Me.
Isaiah 44:3 - 'For I will pour out water on the thirsty [land] And streams on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your offspring, And My blessing on your descendants;
Isaiah 44:8 - 'Do not tremble and do not be afraid; Have I not long since announced it to you and declared it? And you are My witnesses. Is there any God besides Me, Or is there any [other] Rock? I know of none.'"
Isaiah 44:22 - "I have wiped out your transgressions like a thick cloud, And your sins like a heavy mist. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you."
Isaiah 44:25 - Causing the omens of boasters to fail, Making fools out of diviners, Causing wise men to draw back, And turning their knowledge into foolishness,
Isaiah 45:6 - That men may know from the rising to the setting of the sun That there is no one besides Me. I am the LORD, and there is no other,
Isaiah 45:7 - The One forming light and creating darkness, Causing well-being and creating calamity; I am the LORD who does all these.

Isaiah 49:15 - "Can a woman forget her nursing child, And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I will not forget you.
Isaiah 49:21 - "Then you will say in your heart, 'Who has begotten these for me, Since I have been bereaved of my children, And am barren, an exile and a wanderer? And who has reared these? Behold, I was left alone; From where did these come?'"
Isaiah 53:12 - Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, And He will divide the booty with the strong; Because He poured out Himself to death, And was numbered with the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore the sin of many, And interceded for the transgressors.

Isaiah 59:13 - Transgressing and denying the LORD, And turning away from our God, Speaking oppression and revolt, Conceiving [in] and uttering from the heart lying words.
Isaiah 59:15 - Yes, truth is lacking; And he who turns aside from evil makes himself a prey. Now the LORD saw, And it was displeasing in His sight that there was no justice.
Isaiah 59:19 - So they will fear the name of the LORD from the west And His glory from the rising of the sun, For He will come like a rushing stream, Which the wind of the LORD drives.
Isaiah 60:3 - "And nations will come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.
Isaiah 60:15 - "Whereas you have been forsaken and hated With no one passing through, I will make you an everlasting pride, A joy from generation to generation.
Isaiah 64:5 - Thou dost meet him who rejoices in doing righteousness, Who remembers Thee in Thy ways. Behold, Thou wast angry, for we sinned, [We continued] in them a long time; And shall we be saved?
Jeremiah 2:35 - Yet you said, 'I am innocent; Surely His anger is turned away from me.' Behold, I will enter into judgment with you Because you say, 'I have not sinned.'
Jeremiah 3:24 - "But the shameful thing has consumed the labor of our fathers since our youth, their flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters.
Jeremiah 3:25 - "Let us lie down in our shame, and let our humiliation cover us; for we have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, since our youth even to this day. And we have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God."
Jeremiah 5:25 - 'Your iniquities have turned these away, And your sins have withheld good from you.
Jeremiah 6:20 - "For what purpose does frankincense come to Me from Sheba, And the sweet cane from a distant land? Your burnt offerings are not acceptable, And your sacrifices are not pleasing to Me."
Jeremiah 7:13 - "And now, because you have done all these things," declares the LORD, "and I spoke to you, rising up early and speaking, but you did not hear, and I called you but you did not answer,
Jeremiah 7:25 - "Since the day that your fathers came out of the land of Egypt until this day, I have sent you all My servants the prophets, daily rising early and sending [them].
Jeremiah 8:14 - Why are we sitting still? Assemble yourselves, and let us go into the fortified cities, And let us perish there, Because the LORD our God has doomed us And given us poisoned water to drink, For we have sinned against the LORD.
Jeremiah 14:7 - "Although our iniquities testify against us, O LORD, act for Thy name's sake! Truly our apostasies have been many, We have sinned against Thee.
Jeremiah 14:10 - Thus says the LORD to this people, "Even so they have loved to wander; they have not kept their feet in check. Therefore the LORD does not accept them; now He will remember their iniquity and call their sins to account."
Jeremiah 14:20 - We know our wickedness, O LORD, The iniquity of our fathers, for we have sinned against Thee.
Jeremiah 15:13 - "Your wealth and your treasures I will give for booty without cost, Even for all your sins And within all your borders.
Jeremiah 15:18 - Why has my pain been perpetual And my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Wilt Thou indeed be to me like a deceptive [stream] With water that is unreliable?
Jeremiah 16:10 - "Now it will come about when you tell this people all these words that they will say to you, 'For what reason has the LORD declared all this great calamity against us? And what is our iniquity, or what is our sin which we have committed against the LORD our God?'
Jeremiah 16:18 - "And I will first doubly repay their iniquity and their sin, because they have polluted My land; they have filled My inheritance with the carcasses of their detestable idols and with their abominations."
Jeremiah 17:1 - The sin of Judah is written down with an iron stylus; With a diamond point it is engraved upon the tablet of their heart, And on the horns of their altars,
Jeremiah 17:3 - O mountain of Mine in the countryside, I will give over your wealth and all your treasures for booty, Your high places for sin throughout your borders.
Jeremiah 18:11 - "So now then, speak to the men of Judah and against the inhabitants of Jerusalem saying, 'Thus says the LORD, "Behold, I am fashioning calamity against you and devising a plan against you. Oh turn back, each of you from his evil way, and reform your ways and your deeds."'
Jeremiah 18:16 - To make their land a desolation, [An object of] perpetual hissing; Everyone who passes by it will be astonished And shake his head.
Jeremiah 18:23 - Yet Thou, O LORD, knowest All their deadly designs against me; Do not forgive their iniquity Or blot out their sin from Thy sight. But may they be overthrown before Thee; Deal with them in the time of Thine anger!
Jeremiah 19:8 - "I shall also make this city a desolation and an [object of] hissing; everyone who passes by it will be astonished and hiss because of all its disasters.
Jeremiah 20:13 - Sing to the LORD, praise the LORD! For He has delivered the soul of the needy one From the hand of evildoers.
Jeremiah 23:4 - "I shall also raise up shepherds over them and they will tend them; and they will not be afraid any longer, nor be terrified, nor will any be missing," declares the LORD.
Jeremiah 25:9 - behold, I will send and take all the families of the north,' declares the LORD, 'and [I will send] to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, My servant, and will bring them against this land, and against its inhabitants, and against all these nations round about; and I will utterly destroy them, and make them a horror, and a hissing, and an everlasting desolation.
Jeremiah 25:18 - Jerusalem and the cities of Judah, and its kings [and] its princes, to make them a ruin, a horror, a hissing, and a curse, as it is this day;
Jeremiah 25:38 - "He has left His hiding place like the lion; For their land has become a horror Because of the fierceness of the oppressing [sword], And because of His fierce anger."
Jeremiah 27:5 - "I have made the earth, the men and the beasts which are on the face of the earth by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and I will give it to the one who is pleasing in My sight.
Jeremiah 29:18 - 'And I will pursue them with the sword, with famine and with pestilence; and I will make them a terror to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, and a horror, and a hissing, and a reproach among all the nations where I have driven them,
Jeremiah 30:14 - 'All your lovers have forgotten you, They do not seek you; For I have wounded you with the wound of an enemy, With the punishment of a cruel one, Because your iniquity is great And your sins are numerous.
Jeremiah 30:15 - 'Why do you cry out over your injury? Your pain is incurable. Because your iniquity is great And your sins are numerous, I have done these things to you.
Jeremiah 31:7 - For thus says the LORD, "Sing aloud with gladness for Jacob, And shout among the chiefs of the nations; Proclaim, give praise, and say, 'O LORD, save Thy people, The remnant of Israel.'
Jeremiah 31:34 - "And they shall not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them," declares the LORD, "for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."
Jeremiah 32:35 - "And they built the high places of Baal that are in the valley of Ben-hinnom to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through [the fire] to Molech, which I had not commanded them nor had it entered My mind that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.
Jeremiah 32:42 - "For thus says the LORD, 'Just as I brought all this great disaster on this people, so I am going to bring on them all the good that I am promising them.
Jeremiah 33:8 - 'And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned against Me, and by which they have transgressed against Me.
Jeremiah 36:3 - "Perhaps the house of Judah will hear all the calamity which I plan to bring on them, in order that every man will turn from his evil way; then I will forgive their iniquity and their sin."
Jeremiah 37:18 - Moreover Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah, "[In] what [way] have I sinned against you, or against your servants, or against this people, that you have put me in prison?
Jeremiah 38:21 - "But if you keep refusing to go out, this is the word which the LORD has shown me:
Jeremiah 38:27 - Then all the officials came to Jeremiah and questioned him. So he reported to them in accordance with all these words which the king had commanded; and they ceased speaking with him, since the conversation had not been overheard.
Jeremiah 40:3 - and the LORD has brought [it] on and done just as He promised. Because you [people] sinned against the LORD and did not listen to His voice, therefore this thing has happened to you.
Jeremiah 41:18 - because of the Chaldeans; for they were afraid of them, since Ishmael the son of Nethaniah had struck down Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, whom the king of Babylon had appointed over the land.
Jeremiah 44:18 - "But since we stopped burning sacrifices to the queen of heaven and pouring out libations to her, we have lacked everything and have met our end by the sword and by famine."
Jeremiah 44:23 - "Because you have burned sacrifices and have sinned against the LORD and not obeyed the voice of the LORD or walked in His law, His statutes or His testimonies, therefore this calamity has befallen you, as [it has] this day."
Jeremiah 48:11 - "Moab has been at ease since his youth; He has also been undisturbed on his lees, Neither has he been emptied from vessel to vessel, Nor has he gone into exile. Therefore he retains his flavor, And his aroma has not changed.
Jeremiah 50:7 - "All who came upon them have devoured them; And their adversaries have said, 'We are not guilty, Inasmuch as they have sinned against the LORD [who is] the habitation of righteousness, Even the LORD, the hope of their fathers.'
Jeremiah 50:14 - "Draw up your battle lines against Babylon on every side, All you who bend the bow; Shoot at her, do not be sparing with [your] arrows, For she has sinned against the LORD.
Jeremiah 50:20 - 'In those days and at that time,' declares the LORD, 'search will be made for the iniquity of Israel, but there will be none; and for the sins of Judah, but they will not be found; for I shall pardon those whom I leave as a remnant.'
Jeremiah 51:37 - "And Babylon will become a heap [of ruins], a haunt of jackals, An object of horror and hissing, without inhabitants.
Jeremiah 51:60 - So Jeremiah wrote in a single scroll all the calamity which would come upon Babylon, [that is], all these words which have been written concerning Babylon.
Jeremiah 51:64 - and say, 'Just so shall Babylon sink down and not rise again, because of the calamity that I am going to bring upon her; and they will become exhausted.'" Thus far are the words of Jeremiah.
Jeremiah 52:18 - And they also took away the pots, the shovels, the snuffers, the basins, the pans, and all the bronze vessels which were used in [temple] service.
Jeremiah 52:19 - The captain of the guard also took away the bowls, the firepans, the basins, the pots, the lampstands, the pans and the libation bowls, what was fine gold and what was fine silver.
Lamentations 1:8 - Jerusalem sinned greatly, Therefore she has become an unclean thing. All who honored her despise her Because they have seen her nakedness; Even she herself groans and turns away.
Lamentations 3:28 - Let him sit alone and be silent Since He has laid [it] on him.
Lamentations 3:39 - Why should [any] living mortal, or [any] man, Offer complaint in view of his sins?
Lamentations 3:49 - My eyes pour down unceasingly, Without stopping,

Ezekiel 3:7 - yet the house of Israel will not be willing to listen to you, since they are not willing to listen to Me. Surely the whole house of Israel is stubborn and obstinate.
Ezekiel 3:15 - Then I came to the exiles who lived beside the river Chebar at Telabib, and I sat there seven days where they were living, causing consternation among them.
Ezekiel 3:20 - "Again, when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I place an obstacle before him, he shall die; since you have not warned him, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand.
Ezekiel 3:21 - "However, if you have warned the righteous man that the righteous should not sin, and he does not sin, he shall surely live because he took warning; and you have delivered yourself."
Ezekiel 8:11 - And standing in front of them were seventy elders of the house of Israel, with Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan standing among them, each man with his censer in his hand, and the fragrance of the cloud of incense rising.
Ezekiel 14:13 - "Son of man, if a country sins against Me by committing unfaithfulness, and I stretch out My hand against it, destroy its supply of bread, send famine against it, and cut off from it both man and beast,
Ezekiel 16:4 - "As for your birth, on the day you were born your navel cord was not cut, nor were you washed with water for cleansing; you were not rubbed with salt or even wrapped in cloths.
Ezekiel 16:21 - "You slaughtered My children, and offered them up to idols by causing them to pass through [the fire].
Ezekiel 16:51 - "Furthermore, Samaria did not commit half of your sins, for you have multiplied your abominations more than they. Thus you have made your sisters appear righteous by all your abominations which you have committed.
Ezekiel 16:52 - "Also bear your disgrace in that you have made judgment favorable for your sisters. Because of your sins in which you acted more abominably than they, they are more in the right than you. Yes, be also ashamed and bear your disgrace, in that you made your sisters appear righteous.
Ezekiel 18:2 - "What do you mean by using this proverb concerning the land of Israel saying, 'The fathers eat the sour grapes, But the children's teeth are set on edge '?
Ezekiel 18:4 - "Behold, all souls are Mine; the soul of the father as well as the soul of the son is Mine. The soul who sins will die.
Ezekiel 18:14 - "Now behold, he has a son who has observed all his father's sins which he committed, and observing does not do likewise.
Ezekiel 18:20 - "The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the father's iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the son's iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself.
Ezekiel 18:21 - "But if the wicked man turns from all his sins which he has committed and observes all My statutes and practices justice and righteousness, he shall surely live; he shall not die.
Ezekiel 18:24 - "But when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness, commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that a wicked man does, will he live? All his righteous deeds which he has done will not be remembered for his treachery which he has committed and his sin which he has committed; for them he will die.
Ezekiel 21:10 - 'Sharpened to make a slaughter, Polished to flash like lightning!' Or shall we rejoice, the rod of My son despising every tree?
Ezekiel 21:24 - "Therefore, thus says the Lord God, 'Because you have made your iniquity to be remembered, in that your transgressions are uncovered, so that in all your deeds your sins appear-- because you have come to remembrance, you will be seized with the hand.
Ezekiel 26:18 - 'Now the coastlands will tremble On the day of your fall; Yes, the coastlands which are by the sea Will be terrified at your passing.'"
Ezekiel 28:16 - "By the abundance of your trade You were internally filled with violence, And you sinned; Therefore I have cast you as profane From the mountain of God. And I have destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the stones of fire.
Ezekiel 30:15 - "And I will pour out My wrath on Sin, The stronghold of Egypt; I will also cut off the multitude of Thebes.
Ezekiel 30:16 - "And I will set a fire in Egypt; Sin will writhe in anguish, Thebes will be breached, And Memphis [will have] distresses daily.
Ezekiel 33:10 - "Now as for you, son of man, say to the house of Israel, 'Thus you have spoken, saying, "Surely our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and we are rotting away in them; how then can we survive?"'
Ezekiel 33:12 - "And you, son of man, say to your fellow citizens, 'The righteousness of a righteous man will not deliver him in the day of his transgression, and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he will not stumble because of it in the day when he turns from his wickedness; whereas a righteous man will not be able to live by his righteousness on the day when he commits sin.'
Ezekiel 33:14 - "But when I say to the wicked, 'You will surely die,' and he turns from his sin and practices justice and righteousness,
Ezekiel 33:16 - "None of his sins that he has committed will be remembered against him. He has practiced justice and righteousness; he will surely live.
Ezekiel 34:26 - "And I will make them and the places around My hill a blessing. And I will cause showers to come down in their season; they will be showers of blessing.
Ezekiel 35:6 - therefore, as I live," declares the Lord God, "I will give you over to bloodshed, and bloodshed will pursue you; since you have not hated bloodshed, therefore bloodshed will pursue you.
Ezekiel 37:6 - 'And I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin, and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the LORD.'"
Ezekiel 37:8 - And I looked, and behold, sinews were on them, and flesh grew, and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them.
Ezekiel 37:23 - "And they will no longer defile themselves with their idols, or with their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions; but I will deliver them from all their dwelling places in which they have sinned, and will cleanse them. And they will be My people, and I will be their God.
Ezekiel 39:14 - "And they will set apart men who will constantly pass through the land, burying those who were passing through, even those left on the surface of the ground, in order to cleanse it. At the end of seven months they will make a search.
Ezekiel 40:39 - And in the porch of the gate [were] two tables on each side, on which to slaughter the burnt offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering.

Ezekiel 42:13 - Then he said to me, "The north chambers [and] the south chambers, which are opposite the separate area, they are the holy chambers where the priests who are near to the LORD shall eat the most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering; for the place is holy.
Ezekiel 43:19 - 'And you shall give to the Levitical priests who are from the offspring of Zadok, who draw near to Me to minister to Me,' declares the Lord God, 'a young bull for a sin offering.
Ezekiel 43:21 - 'You shall also take the bull for the sin offering; and it [shall be] burned in the appointed place of the house, outside the sanctuary.
Ezekiel 43:22 - 'And on the second day you shall offer a male goat without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they cleansed [it] with the bull.
Ezekiel 43:23 - 'When you have finished cleansing [it], you shall present a young bull without blemish and a ram without blemish from the flock.
Ezekiel 43:25 - 'For seven days you shall prepare daily a goat for a sin offering; also a young bull and a ram from the flock, without blemish, shall be prepared.
Ezekiel 44:27 - "And on the day that he goes into the sanctuary, into the inner court to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering," declares the Lord God.
Ezekiel 44:29 - "They shall eat the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering; and every devoted thing in Israel shall be theirs.
Ezekiel 44:30 - "And the first of all the first fruits of every kind and every contribution of every kind, from all your contributions, shall be for the priests; you shall also give to the priest the first of your dough to cause a blessing to rest on your house.
Ezekiel 45:17 - "And it shall be the prince's part [to provide] the burnt offerings, the grain offerings, and the libations, at the feasts, on the new moons, and on the sabbaths, at all the appointed feasts of the house of Israel; he shall provide the sin offering, the grain offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make atonement for the house of Israel."
Ezekiel 45:19 - "And the priest shall take some of the blood from the sin offering and put [it] on the door posts of the house, on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the posts of the gate of the inner court.
Ezekiel 45:22 - "And on that day the prince shall provide for himself and all the people of the land a bull for a sin offering.
Ezekiel 45:23 - "And [during] the seven days of the feast he shall provide as a burnt offering to the LORD seven bulls and seven rams without blemish on every day of the seven days, and a male goat daily for a sin offering.
Ezekiel 45:25 - "In the seventh [month], on the fifteenth day of the month, at the feast, he shall provide like this, seven days for the sin offering, the burnt offering, the grain offering, and the oil."
Ezekiel 46:20 - And he said to me, "This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering, [and] where they shall bake the grain offering, in order that they may not bring [them] out into the outer court to transmit holiness to the people."
Daniel 2:31 - "You, O king, were looking and behold, there was a single great statue; that statue, which was large and of extraordinary splendor, was standing in front of you, and its appearance was awesome.
Daniel 2:47 - The king answered Daniel and said, "Surely your God is a God of gods and a Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, since you have been able to reveal this mystery."
Daniel 3:27 - And the satraps, the prefects, the governors and the king's high officials gathered around [and] saw in regard to these men that the fire had no effect on the bodies of these men nor was the hair of their head singed, nor were their trousers damaged, nor had the smell of fire [even] come upon them.
Daniel 4:9 - 'O Belteshazzar, chief of the magicians, since I know that a spirit of the holy gods is in you and no mystery baffles you, tell [me] the visions of my dream which I have seen, along with its interpretation.
Daniel 4:27 - 'Therefore, O king, may my advice be pleasing to you: break away now from your sins by [doing] righteousness, and from your iniquities by showing mercy to [the] poor, in case there may be a prolonging of your prosperity.'
Daniel 4:36 - "At that time my reason returned to me. And my majesty and splendor were restored to me for the glory of my kingdom, and my counselors and my nobles began seeking me out; so I was reestablished in my sovereignty, and surpassing greatness was added to me.
Daniel 5:25 - "Now this is the inscription that was written out: 'MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.'
Daniel 8:27 - Then I, Daniel, was exhausted and sick for days. Then I got up [again] and carried on the king's business; but I was astounded at the vision, and there was none to explain [it.
Daniel 9:5 - we have sinned, committed iniquity, acted wickedly, and rebelled, even turning aside from Thy commandments and ordinances.
Daniel 9:8 - "Open shame belongs to us, O Lord, to our kings, our princes, and our fathers, because we have sinned against Thee.
Daniel 9:11 - "Indeed all Israel has transgressed Thy law and turned aside, not obeying Thy voice; so the curse has been poured out on us, along with the oath which is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, for we have sinned against Him.
Daniel 9:15 - "And now, O Lord our God, who hast brought Thy people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand and hast made a name for Thyself, as it is this day-- we have sinned, we have been wicked.
Daniel 9:16 - "O Lord, in accordance with all Thy righteous acts, let now Thine anger and Thy wrath turn away from Thy city Jerusalem, Thy holy mountain; for because of our sins and the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Thy people [have become] a reproach to all those around us.
Daniel 9:20 - Now while I was speaking and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God in behalf of the holy mountain of my God,
Daniel 9:24 - "Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy [place.
Daniel 12:1 - "Now at that time Michael, the great prince who stands [guard] over the sons of your people, will arise. And there will be a time of distress such as never occurred since there was a nation until that time; and at that time your people, everyone who is found written in the book, will be rescued.
Hosea 2:15 - "Then I will give her her vineyards from there, And the valley of Achor as a door of hope. And she will sing there as in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.
Hosea 3:1 - Then the LORD said to me, "Go again, love a woman [who] is loved by [her] husband, yet an adulteress, even as the LORD loves the sons of Israel, though they turn to other gods and love raisin cakes."
Hosea 4:6 - My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
Hosea 4:7 - The more they multiplied, the more they sinned against Me; I will change their glory into shame.
Hosea 4:8 - They feed on the sin of My people, And direct their desire toward their iniquity.
Hosea 4:16 - Since Israel is stubborn Like a stubborn heifer, Can the LORD now pasture them Like a lamb in a large field?
Hosea 8:11 - Since Ephraim has multiplied altars for sin, They have become altars of sinning for him.
Hosea 8:13 - As for My sacrificial gifts, They sacrifice the flesh and eat [it], [But] the LORD has taken no delight in them. Now He will remember their iniquity, And punish [them] for their sins; They will return to Egypt.
Hosea 9:9 - They have gone deep in depravity As in the days of Gibeah; He will remember their iniquity, He will punish their sins.
Hosea 10:5 - The inhabitants of Samaria will fear For the calf of Beth-aven. Indeed, its people will mourn for it, And its idolatrous priests will cry out over it, Over its glory, since it has departed from it.
Hosea 10:8 - Also the high places of Aven, the sin of Israel, will be destroyed; Thorn and thistle will grow on their altars, Then they will say to the mountains, "Cover us!" And to the hills, "Fall on us!"
Hosea 10:9 - From the days of Gibeah you have sinned, O Israel; There they stand! Will not the battle against the sons of iniquity overtake them in Gibeah?
Hosea 12:8 - And Ephraim said, "Surely I have become rich, I have found wealth for myself; In all my labors they will find in me No iniquity, which [would be] sin."
Hosea 12:9 - But I [have been] the LORD your God since the land of Egypt; I will make you live in tents again, As in the days of the appointed festival.
Hosea 13:2 - And now they sin more and more, And make for themselves molten images, Idols skillfully made from their silver, All of them the work of craftsmen. They say of them, "Let the men who sacrifice kiss the calves!"
Hosea 13:4 - Yet I [have been] the LORD your God Since the land of Egypt; And you were not to know any god except Me, For there is no savior besides Me.
Hosea 13:12 - The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up; His sin is stored up.
Joel 2:14 - Who knows whether He will [not] turn and relent, And leave a blessing behind Him, [Even] a grain offering and a libation For the LORD your God?
Joel 2:16 - Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, Assemble the elders, Gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room And the bride out of her [bridal] chamber.
Joel 3:5 - "Since you have taken My silver and My gold, brought My precious treasures to your temples,
Amos 5:12 - For I know your transgressions are many and your sins are great, [You] who distress the righteous [and] accept bribes, And turn aside the poor in the gate.
Amos 9:8 - "Behold, the eyes of the Lord God are on the sinful kingdom, And I will destroy it from the face of the earth; Nevertheless, I will not totally destroy the house of Jacob," Declares the LORD.
Amos 9:10 - "All the sinners of My people will die by the sword, Those who say, 'The calamity will not overtake or confront us.'
Jonah 1:11 - So they said to him, "What should we do to you that the sea may become calm for us?"-- for the sea was becoming increasingly stormy.
Micah 1:5 - All this is for the rebellion of Jacob And for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the rebellion of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? What is the high place of Judah? Is it not Jerusalem?
Micah 1:13 - Harness the chariot to the team of horses, O inhabitant of Lachish-- She was the beginning of sin To the daughter of Zion-- Because in you were found The rebellious acts of Israel.
Micah 3:8 - On the other hand I am filled with power-- With the Spirit of the LORD-- And with justice and courage To make known to Jacob his rebellious act, Even to Israel his sin.
Micah 6:7 - Does the LORD take delight in thousands of rams, In ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I present my firstborn [for] my rebellious acts, The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
Micah 6:13 - "So also I will make [you] sick, striking you down, Desolating [you] because of your sins.
Micah 7:9 - I will bear the indignation of the LORD Because I have sinned against Him, Until He pleads my case and executes justice for me. He will bring me out to the light, [And] I will see His righteousness.
Micah 7:19 - He will again have compassion on us; He will tread our iniquities under foot. Yes, Thou wilt cast all their sins Into the depths of the sea.
Habakkuk 1:6 - "For behold, I am raising up the Chaldeans, That fierce and impetuous people Who march throughout the earth To seize dwelling places which are not theirs.
Habakkuk 2:6 - "Will not all of these take up a taunt-song against him, Even mockery [and] insinuations against him, And say, 'Woe to him who increases what is not his-- For how long-- And makes himself rich with loans?'
Habakkuk 2:10 - "You have devised a shameful thing for your house By cutting off many peoples; So you are sinning against yourself.
Zephaniah 1:17 - And I will bring distress on men, So that they will walk like the blind, Because they have sinned against the LORD; And their blood will be poured out like dust, And their flesh like dung.
Zephaniah 2:14 - And flocks will lie down in her midst, All beasts which range in herds; Both the pelican and the hedgehog Will lodge in the tops of her pillars; Birds will sing in the window, Desolation [will be] on the threshold; For He has laid bare the cedar work.
Zephaniah 3:6 - "I have cut off nations; Their corner towers are in ruins. I have made their streets desolate, With no one passing by; Their cities are laid waste, Without a man, without an inhabitant.
Zechariah 2:10 - "Sing for joy and be glad, O daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst," declares the LORD.
Zechariah 8:13 - 'And it will come about that just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you that you may become a blessing. Do not fear; let your hands be strong.'
Zechariah 9:15 - The LORD of hosts will defend them. And they will devour, and trample on the sling stones; And they will drink, [and] be boisterous as with wine; And they will be filled like a [sacrificial] basin, [Drenched] like the corners of the altar.
Zechariah 13:1 - "In that day a fountain will be opened for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem, for sin and for impurity.
Malachi 1:11 - "For from the rising of the sun, even to its setting, My name [will be] great among the nations, and in every place incense is going to be offered to My name, and a grain offering [that is] pure; for My name [will be] great among the nations," says the LORD of hosts.
Malachi 2:2 - "If you do not listen, and if you do not take it to heart to give honor to My name," says the LORD of hosts, "then I will send the curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings; and indeed, I have cursed them [already], because you are not taking [it] to heart.
Malachi 3:4 - "Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem will be pleasing to the LORD, as in the days of old and as in former years.
Malachi 3:10 - "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this," says the LORD of hosts, "if I will not open for you the windows of heaven, and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.
Matthew 1:21 - "And she will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for it is He who will save His people from their sins."
Matthew 3:6 - and they were being baptized by him in the Jordan River, as they confessed their sins.
Matthew 6:27 - "And which of you by being anxious can add a [single] cubit to his life's span?

Matthew 9:11 - And when the Pharisees saw [this], they said to His disciples, "Why is your Teacher eating with the tax-gatherers and sinners?"
Matthew 9:13 - "But go and learn what [this] means, 'I desire compassion, and not sacrifice,' for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
Matthew 11:19 - "The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, 'Behold, a gluttonous man and a drunkard, a friend of tax-gatherers and sinners!' Yet wisdom is vindicated by her deeds."
Matthew 11:26 - "Yes, Father, for thus it was well-pleasing in Thy sight.
Matthew 12:31 - "Therefore I say to you, any sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men, but blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven.
Matthew 13:35 - so that what was spoken through the prophet might be fulfilled, saying, "I will open My mouth in parables; I will utter things hidden since the foundation of the world."
Matthew 14:30 - But seeing the wind, he became afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!"
Matthew 18:15 - "And if your brother sins, go and reprove him in private; if he listens to you, you have won your brother.
Matthew 18:21 - Then Peter came and said to Him, "Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me and I forgive him? Up to seven times?"
Matthew 18:25 - "But since he did not have [the means] to repay, his lord commanded him to be sold, along with his wife and children and all that he had, and repayment to be made.

Matthew 26:26 - And while they were eating, Jesus took [some] bread, and after a blessing, He broke [it] and gave [it] to the disciples, and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
Matthew 26:28 - for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins.
Matthew 26:30 - And after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Matthew 26:45 - Then He came to the disciples, and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? Behold, the hour is at hand and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Matthew 27:4 - saying, "I have sinned by betraying innocent blood." But they said, "What is that to us? See [to that] yourself!"
Matthew 27:6 - And the chief priests took the pieces of silver and said, "It is not lawful to put them into the temple treasury, since it is the price of blood."
Matthew 27:14 - And He did not answer him with regard to even a [single] charge, so that the governor was quite amazed.
Matthew 27:39 - And those passing by were hurling abuse at Him, wagging their heads,
Mark 1:4 - John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
Mark 1:5 - And all the country of Judea was going out to him, and all the people of Jerusalem; and they were being baptized by him in the Jordan River, confessing their sins.
Mark 1:44 - and He said to him, "See that you say nothing to anyone; but go, show yourself to the priest and offer for your cleansing what Moses commanded, for a testimony to them."
Mark 2:5 - And Jesus seeing their faith said to the paralytic, "My son, your sins are forgiven."

Mark 2:16 - And when the scribes of the Pharisees saw that He was eating with the sinners and tax-gatherers, they [began] saying to His disciples, "Why is He eating and drinking with tax-gatherers and sinners?"
Mark 2:17 - And hearing this, Jesus said to them, "[it] [is] not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick; I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
Mark 2:23 - And it came about that He was passing through the grainfields on the Sabbath, and His disciples began to make their way along while picking the heads [of grain].
Mark 3:28 - "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;
Mark 3:29 - but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin "--
Mark 5:24 - And He went off with him; and a great multitude was following Him and pressing in on Him.
Mark 5:31 - And His disciples said to Him, "You see the multitude pressing in on You, and You say, 'Who touched Me?'"
Mark 8:38 - "For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels."
Mark 9:10 - And they seized upon that statement, discussing with one another what rising from the dead might mean.
Mark 9:16 - And He asked them, "What are you discussing with them?"
Mark 9:33 - And they came to Capernaum; and when He was in the house, He [began] to question them, "What were you discussing on the way?"
Mark 10:1 - And rising up, He went from there to the region of Judea, and beyond the Jordan; and crowds gathered around Him again, and, according to His custom, He once more [began] to teach them.
Mark 10:16 - And He took them in His arms and [began] blessing them, laying His hands upon them.
Mark 11:11 - And He entered Jerusalem [and came] into the temple; and after looking all around, He departed for Bethany with the twelve, since it was already late.
Mark 11:20 - And as they were passing by in the morning, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots [up].
Mark 13:19 - "For those days will be a [time of] tribulation such as has not occurred since the beginning of the creation which God created, until now, and never shall.
Mark 14:22 - And while they were eating, He took [some] bread, and after a blessing He broke [it]; and gave [it] to them, and said, "Take [it]; this is My body."
Mark 14:26 - And after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.
Mark 14:41 - And He came the third time, and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and taking your rest? It is enough; the hour has come; behold, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Mark 15:29 - And those passing by were hurling abuse at Him, wagging their heads, and saying, "Ha! You who [are] [going to] destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days,
Luke 1:34 - And Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I am a virgin?"
Luke 1:77 - To give to His people [the] knowledge of salvation By the forgiveness of their sins,

Luke 5:8 - But when Simon Peter saw [that], he fell down at Jesus' feet, saying, "Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!"
Luke 5:14 - And He ordered him to tell no one, "But go and show yourself to the priest, and make an offering for your cleansing, just as Moses commanded, for a testimony to them."
Luke 5:21 - And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, "Who is this [man] who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?"
Luke 5:23 - "Which is easier, to say, 'Your sins have been forgiven you,' or to say, 'Rise and walk '?
Luke 5:24 - "But in order that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins,"-- He said to the paralytic-- "I say to you, rise, and take up your stretcher and go home."
Luke 5:30 - And the Pharisees and their scribes [began] grumbling at His disciples, saying, "Why do you eat and drink with the tax-gatherers and sinners?"
Luke 5:32 - "I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance."
Luke 6:1 - Now] it came about that on a [certain] Sabbath He was passing through [some] grainfields; and His disciples were picking and eating the heads [of grain], rubbing them in their hands.
Luke 6:32 - "And if you love those who love you, what credit is [that] to you? For even sinners love those who love them.
Luke 6:33 - "And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is [that] to you? For even sinners do the same.
Luke 6:34 - "And if you lend to those from whom you expect to receive, what credit is [that] to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, in order to receive back the same [amount].
Luke 7:34 - "The Son of Man has come eating and drinking; and you say, 'Behold, a gluttonous man, and a drunkard, a friend of tax-gatherers and sinners!'
Luke 7:37 - And behold, there was a woman in the city who was a sinner; and when she learned that He was reclining [at the table] in the Pharisee's house, she brought an alabaster vial of perfume,
Luke 7:38 - and standing behind [Him] at His feet, weeping, she began to wet His feet with her tears, and kept wiping them with the hair of her head, and kissing His feet, and anointing them with the perfume.
Luke 7:39 - Now when the Pharisee who had invited Him saw this, he said to himself, "If this man were a prophet He would know who and what sort of person this woman is who is touching Him, that she is a sinner."
Luke 7:45 - "You gave Me no kiss; but she, since the time I came in, has not ceased to kiss My feet.
Luke 7:47 - "For this reason I say to you, her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, for she loved much; but he who is forgiven little, loves little."
Luke 7:48 - And He said to her, "Your sins have been forgiven."
Luke 7:49 - And those who were reclining [at the table] with Him began to say to themselves, "Who is this [man] who even forgives sins?"
Luke 8:42 - for he had an only daughter, about twelve years old, and she was dying. But as He went, the multitudes were pressing against Him.
Luke 8:45 - And Jesus said, "Who is the one who touched Me?" And while they were all denying it, Peter said, "Master, the multitudes are crowding and pressing upon You."
Luke 9:44 - "Let these words sink into your ears; for the Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men."
Luke 10:21 - At that very time He rejoiced greatly in the Holy Spirit, and said, "I praise Thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that Thou didst hide these things from [the] wise and intelligent and didst reveal them to babes. Yes, Father, for thus it was well-pleasing in Thy sight.
Luke 11:4 - 'And forgive us our sins, For we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.'"
Luke 11:29 - And as the crowds were increasing, He began to say, "This generation is a wicked generation; it seeks for a sign, and [yet] no sign shall be given to it but the sign of Jonah.
Luke 11:50 - in order that the blood of all the prophets, shed since the foundation of the world, may be charged against this generation,
Luke 12:17 - "And he began reasoning to himself, saying, 'What shall I do, since I have no place to store my crops?'
Luke 12:25 - "And which of you by being anxious can add a [single] cubit to his life's span?
Luke 12:41 - And Peter said, "Lord, are You addressing this parable to us, or to everyone [else] as well?"
Luke 12:54 - And He was also saying to the multitudes, "When you see a cloud rising in the west, immediately you say, 'A shower is coming,' and so it turns out.
Luke 13:2 - And He answered and said to them, "Do you suppose that these Galileans were [greater] sinners than all [other] Galileans, because they suffered this [fate]?
Luke 13:22 - And He was passing through from one city and village to another, teaching, and proceeding on His way to Jerusalem.
Luke 14:14 - and you will be blessed, since they do not have [the means] to repay you; for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous."
Luke 15:1 - Now all the tax-gatherers and the sinners were coming near Him to listen to Him.
Luke 15:2 - And both the Pharisees and the scribes [began] to grumble, saying, "This man receives sinners and eats with them."
Luke 15:7 - "I tell you that in the same way, there will be [more] joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.
Luke 15:10 - "In the same way, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."
Luke 15:18 - 'I will get up and go to my father, and will say to him, "Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight;
Luke 15:21 - "And the son said to him, 'Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.'
Luke 16:3 - "And the steward said to himself, 'What shall I do, since my master is taking the stewardship away from me? I am not strong enough to dig; I am ashamed to beg.
Luke 16:16 - "The Law and the Prophets [were proclaimed] until John; since then the gospel of the kingdom of God is preached, and everyone is forcing his way into it.
Luke 17:3 - "Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
Luke 17:4 - "And if he sins against you seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, 'I repent,' forgive him."
Luke 17:11 - And it came about while He was on the way to Jerusalem, that He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.
Luke 18:13 - "But the tax-gatherer, standing some distance away, was even unwilling to lift up his eyes to heaven, but was beating his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me, the sinner!'
Luke 18:37 - And they told him that Jesus of Nazareth was passing by.
Luke 19:1 - And He entered and was passing through Jericho.
Luke 19:7 - And when they saw it, they all [began] to grumble, saying, "He has gone to be the guest of a man who is a sinner."
Luke 19:13 - "And he called ten of his slaves, and gave them ten minas, and said to them, 'Do business [with this] until I come [back].'
Luke 19:15 - "And it came about that when he returned, after receiving the kingdom, he ordered that these slaves, to whom he had given the money, be called to him in order that he might know what business they had done.
Luke 23:10 - And the chief priests and the scribes were standing there, accusing Him vehemently.
Luke 23:40 - But the other answered, and rebuking him said, "Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation?
Luke 23:47 - Now when the centurion saw what had happened, he [began] praising God, saying, "Certainly this man was innocent."
Luke 24:7 - saying that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again."
Luke 24:14 - And they were conversing with each other about all these things which had taken place.
Luke 24:15 - And it came about that while they were conversing and discussing, Jesus Himself approached, and [began] traveling with them.
Luke 24:21 - "But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is the third day since these things happened.
Luke 24:47 - and that repentance for forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.
Luke 24:51 - And it came about that while He was blessing them, He parted from them.
Luke 24:53 - and were continually in the temple, praising God.
John 1:29 - The next day he saw Jesus coming to him, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
John 4:9 - The Samaritan woman therefore said to Him, "How is it that You, being a Jew, ask me for a drink since I am a Samaritan woman?" (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.)
John 5:14 - Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "Behold, you have become well; do not sin anymore, so that nothing worse may befall you."
John 8:6 - And they were saying this, testing Him, in order that they might have grounds for accusing Him. But Jesus stooped down, and with His finger wrote on the ground.
John 8:7 - But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him [be the] first to throw a stone at her."
John 8:11 - And she said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said, "Neither do I condemn you; go your way. From now on sin no more.]"
John 8:21 - He said therefore again to them, "I go away, and you shall seek Me, and shall die in your sin; where I am going, you cannot come."
John 8:22 - Therefore the Jews were saying, "Surely He will not kill Himself, will He, since He says, 'Where I am going, you cannot come '?"
John 8:24 - "I said therefore to you, that you shall die in your sins; for unless you believe that I am [He], you shall die in your sins."
John 8:29 - "And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him."
John 8:34 - Jesus answered them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is the slave of sin.
John 8:46 - "Which one of you convicts Me of sin? If I speak truth, why do you not believe Me?
John 9:2 - And His disciples asked Him, saying, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he should be born blind?"
John 9:3 - Jesus answered, "[It was] neither [that] this man sinned, nor his parents; but [it was] in order that the works of God might be displayed in him.
John 9:16 - Therefore some of the Pharisees were saying, "This man is not from God, because He does not keep the Sabbath." But others were saying, "How can a man who is a sinner perform such signs?" And there was a division among them.
John 9:17 - They said therefore to the blind man again, "What do you say about Him, since He opened your eyes?" And he said, "He is a prophet."
John 9:24 - So a second time they called the man who had been blind, and said to him, "Give glory to God; we know that this man is a sinner."
John 9:25 - He therefore answered, "Whether He is a sinner, I do not know; one thing I do know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see."
John 9:31 - "We know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is God-fearing, and does His will, He hears him.
John 9:32 - "Since the beginning of time it has never been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a person born blind.
John 9:34 - They answered and said to him, "You were born entirely in sins, and are you teaching us?" And they put him out.
John 9:41 - Jesus said to them, "If you were blind, you would have no sin; but since you say, 'We see,' your sin remains.
John 11:31 - The Jews then who were with her in the house, and consoling her, when they saw that Mary rose up quickly and went out, followed her, supposing that she was going to the tomb to weep there.
John 12:42 - Nevertheless many even of the rulers believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they were not confessing [Him], lest they should be put out of the synagogue;
John 13:5 - Then He poured water into the basin, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded.
John 13:29 - For some were supposing, because Judas had the money box, that Jesus was saying to him, "Buy the things we have need of for the feast"; or else, that he should give something to the poor.
John 15:22 - "If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
John 15:24 - "If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated Me and My Father as well.
John 16:8 - "And He, when He comes, will convict the world concerning sin, and righteousness, and judgment;
John 16:9 - concerning sin, because they do not believe in Me;
John 16:29 - His disciples said, "Lo, now You are speaking plainly, and are not using a figure of speech.
John 19:11 - Jesus answered, "You would have no authority over Me, unless it had been given you from above; for this reason he who delivered Me up to you has [the] greater sin."
John 20:15 - Jesus said to her, "Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?" Supposing Him to be the gardener, she said to Him, "Sir, if you have carried Him away, tell me where you have laid Him, and I will take Him away."
John 20:23 - "If you forgive the sins of any, [their sins] have been forgiven them; if you retain the [sins] of any, they have been retained."
Acts 2:24 - "And God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power.
Acts 2:38 - And Peter [said] to them, "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:46 - And day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart,
Acts 2:47 - praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.

Acts 3:9 - And all the people saw him walking and praising God;
Acts 3:19 - "Repent therefore and return, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;
Acts 5:31 - "He is the one whom God exalted to His right hand as a Prince and a Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
Acts 6:1 - Now at this time while the disciples were increasing [in number], a complaint arose on the part of the Hellenistic [Jews] against the [native] Hebrews, because their widows were being overlooked in the daily serving [of food].
Acts 7:30 - "And after forty years had passed, an angel appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in the flame of a burning thorn bush.
Acts 7:38 - "This is the one who was in the congregation in the wilderness together with the angel who was speaking to him on Mount Sinai, and [who was] with our fathers; and he received living oracles to pass on to you.
Acts 7:45 - "And having received it in their turn, our fathers brought it in with Joshua upon dispossessing the nations whom God drove out before our fathers, until the time of David.
Acts 7:60 - And falling on his knees, he cried out with a loud voice, "Lord, do not hold this sin against them!" And having said this, he fell asleep.
Acts 9:22 - But Saul kept increasing in strength and confounding the Jews who lived at Damascus by proving that this [Jesus] is the Christ.
Acts 9:38 - And since Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, having heard that Peter was there, sent two men to him, entreating him, "Do not delay to come to us."
Acts 10:29 - "That is why I came without even raising any objection when I was sent for. And so I ask for what reason you have sent for me."
Acts 10:43 - "Of Him all the prophets bear witness that through His name everyone who believes in Him receives forgiveness of sins."
Acts 13:8 - But Elymas the magician (for thus his name is translated) was opposing them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith.
Acts 13:34 - "[And as for the fact] that He raised Him up from the dead, no more to return to decay, He has spoken in this way: 'I will give you the holy [and] sure [blessings] of David.'
Acts 13:38 - "Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,
Acts 13:46 - And Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said, "It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; since you repudiate it, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles.
Acts 14:19 - But Jews came from Antioch and Iconium, and having won over the multitudes, they stoned Paul and dragged him out of the city, supposing him to be dead.
Acts 15:3 - Therefore, being sent on their way by the church, they were passing through both Phoenicia and Samaria, describing in detail the conversion of the Gentiles, and were bringing great joy to all the brethren.
Acts 15:9 - and He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.
Acts 15:21 - "For Moses from ancient generations has in every city those who preach him, since he is read in the synagogues every Sabbath."
Acts 15:24 - "Since we have heard that some of our number to whom we gave no instruction have disturbed you with [their] words, unsettling your souls,
Acts 16:4 - Now while they were passing through the cities, they were delivering the decrees, which had been decided upon by the apostles and elders who were in Jerusalem, for them to observe.
Acts 16:5 - So the churches were being strengthened in the faith, and were increasing in number daily.
Acts 16:8 - and passing by Mysia, they came down to Troas.
Acts 16:13 - And on the Sabbath day we went outside the gate to a riverside, where we were supposing that there would be a place of prayer; and we sat down and began speaking to the women who had assembled.
Acts 16:25 - But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them;
Acts 16:27 - And when the jailer had been roused out of sleep and had seen the prison doors opened, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped.
Acts 17:18 - And also some of the Epicurean and Stoic philosophers were conversing with him. And some were saying, "What would this idle babbler wish to say?" Others, "He seems to be a proclaimer of strange deities,"-- because he was preaching Jesus and the resurrection.
Acts 17:23 - "For while I was passing through and examining the objects of your worship, I also found an altar with this inscription, 'TO AN UNKNOWN GOD.' What therefore you worship in ignorance, this I proclaim to you.
Acts 17:24 - "The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands;
Acts 17:25 - neither is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all life and breath and all things;
Acts 17:31 - because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead."
Acts 19:18 - Many also of those who had believed kept coming, confessing and disclosing their practices.
Acts 19:24 - For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, who made silver shrines of Artemis, was bringing no little business to the craftsmen;
Acts 19:25 - these he gathered together with the workmen of similar [trades], and said, "Men, you know that our prosperity depends upon this business.
Acts 19:33 - And some of the crowd concluded [it was] Alexander, since the Jews had put him forward; and having motioned with his hand, Alexander was intending to make a defense to the assembly.
Acts 19:34 - But when they recognized that he was a Jew, a [single] outcry arose from them all as they shouted for about two hours, "Great is Artemis of the Ephesians!"
Acts 19:36 - "Since then these are undeniable facts, you ought to keep calm and to do nothing rash.
Acts 19:40 - "For indeed we are in danger of being accused of a riot in connection with today's affair, since there is no [real] cause [for it]; and in this connection we shall be unable to account for this disorderly gathering."
Acts 20:9 - And there was a certain young man named Eutychus sitting on the window sill, sinking into a deep sleep; and as Paul kept on talking, he was overcome by sleep and fell down from the third floor, and was picked up dead.
Acts 21:2 - and having found a ship crossing over to Phoenicia, we went aboard and set sail.
Acts 21:14 - And since he would not be persuaded, we fell silent, remarking, "The will of the Lord be done!"
Acts 21:38 - "Then you are not the Egyptian who some time ago stirred up a revolt and led the four thousand men of the Assassins out into the wilderness?"
Acts 22:2 - And when they heard that he was addressing them in the Hebrew dialect, they became even more quiet; and he said,
Acts 22:11 - "But since I could not see because of the brightness of that light, I was led by the hand by those who were with me, and came into Damascus.
Acts 22:16 - 'And now why do you delay? Arise, and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name.'
Acts 22:23 - And as they were crying out and throwing off their cloaks and tossing dust into the air,
Acts 23:18 - So he took him and led him to the commander and said, "Paul the prisoner called me to him and asked me to lead this young man to you since he has something to tell you."
Acts 23:28 - "And wanting to ascertain the charge for which they were accusing him, I brought him down to their Council;
Acts 24:2 - And after [Paul] had been summoned, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying [to the governor], "Since we have through you attained much peace, and since by your providence reforms are being carried out for this nation,
Acts 24:11 - since you can take note of the fact that no more than twelve days ago I went up to Jerusalem to worship.
Acts 24:12 - "And neither in the temple, nor in the synagogues, nor in the city [itself] did they find me carrying on a discussion with anyone or causing a riot.
Acts 24:25 - And as he was discussing righteousness, self-control and the judgment to come, Felix became frightened and said, "Go away for the present, and when I find time, I will summon you."
Acts 25:25 - "But I found that he had committed nothing worthy of death; and since he himself appealed to the Emperor, I decided to send him.
Acts 26:5 - since they have known about me for a long time previously, if they are willing to testify, that I lived [as] a Pharisee according to the strictest sect of our religion.
Acts 26:18 - to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the dominion of Satan to God, in order that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.'
Acts 26:26 - "For the king knows about these matters, and I speak to him also with confidence, since I am persuaded that none of these things escape his notice; for this has not been done in a corner.
Acts 27:7 - And when we had sailed slowly for a good many days, and with difficulty had arrived off Cnidus, since the wind did not permit us [to go] farther, we sailed under the shelter of Crete, off Salmone;
Acts 27:9 - And when considerable time had passed and the voyage was now dangerous, since even the fast was already over, Paul [began] to admonish them,
Acts 27:13 - And when a moderate south wind came up, supposing that they had gained their purpose, they weighed anchor and [began] sailing along Crete, close [inshore].
Acts 27:20 - And since neither sun nor stars appeared for many days, and no small storm was assailing [us], from then on all hope of our being saved was gradually abandoned.
Romans 1:9 - For God, whom I serve in my spirit in the [preaching of the] gospel of His Son, is my witness [as to] how unceasingly I make mention of you,
Romans 1:20 - For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.
Romans 1:22 - Professing to be wise, they became fools,
Romans 2:12 - For all who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law; and all who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law;
Romans 2:15 - in that they show the work of the Law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them,
Romans 3:7 - But if through my lie the truth of God abounded to His glory, why am I also still being judged as a sinner?
Romans 3:9 - What then? Are we better than they? Not at all; for we have already charged that both Jews and Greeks are all under sin;
Romans 3:14 - "Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness";
Romans 3:20 - because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law [comes] the knowledge of sin.
Romans 3:23 - for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Romans 3:25 - whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. [This was] to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed;
Romans 3:30 - since indeed God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith is one.
Romans 4:6 - just as David also speaks of the blessing upon the man to whom God reckons righteousness apart from works:
Romans 4:8 - "Blessed is the man whose sin the Lord will not take into account."
Romans 4:9 - Is this blessing then upon the circumcised, or upon the uncircumcised also? For we say, "Faith was reckoned to Abraham as righteousness."
Romans 4:19 - And without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah's womb;
Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:12 - Therefore, just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned--
Romans 5:13 - for until the Law sin was in the world; but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Romans 5:14 - Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of the offense of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
Romans 5:16 - And the gift is not like [that which came] through the one who sinned; for on the one hand the judgment [arose] from one [transgression] resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift [arose] from many transgressions resulting in justification.
Romans 5:19 - For as through the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the many will be made righteous.
Romans 5:20 - And the Law came in that the transgression might increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,
Romans 5:21 - that, as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:1 - What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace might increase?
Romans 6:2 - May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it?
Romans 6:6 - knowing this, that our old self was crucified with [Him], that our body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin;
Romans 6:7 - for he who has died is freed from sin.
Romans 6:10 - For the death that He died, He died to sin, once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God.
Romans 6:11 - Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
Romans 6:12 - Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body that you should obey its lusts,
Romans 6:13 - and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin [as] instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness to God.
Romans 6:14 - For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law, but under grace.
Romans 6:15 - What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be!
Romans 6:16 - Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone [as] slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness?
Romans 6:17 - But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed,
Romans 6:18 - and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
Romans 6:20 - For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness.
Romans 6:22 - But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life.
Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 7:5 - For while we were in the flesh, the sinful passions, which were [aroused] by the Law, were at work in the members of our body to bear fruit for death.
Romans 7:7 - What shall we say then? Is the Law sin? May it never be! On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through the Law; for I would not have known about coveting if the Law had not said, "You shall not covet."
Romans 7:8 - But sin, taking opportunity through the commandment, produced in me coveting of every kind; for apart from the Law sin [is] dead.
Romans 7:9 - And I was once alive apart from the Law; but when the commandment came, sin became alive, and I died;
Romans 7:11 - for sin, taking opportunity through the commandment, deceived me, and through it killed me.
Romans 7:13 - Therefore did that which is good become [a cause] [of] death for me? May it never be! Rather it was sin, in order that it might be shown to be sin by effecting my death through that which is good, that through the commandment sin might become utterly sinful.
Romans 7:14 - For we know that the Law is spiritual; but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin.
Romans 7:16 - But if I do the very thing I do not wish [to do], I agree with the Law, [confessing] that it is good.
Romans 7:17 - So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which indwells me.
Romans 7:20 - But if I am doing the very thing I do not wish, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.
Romans 7:23 - but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind, and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members.
Romans 7:25 - Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh the law of sin.
Romans 8:2 - For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.
Romans 8:3 - For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God [did]: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and [as an offering] for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh,
Romans 8:10 - And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is alive because of righteousness.
Romans 9:2 - that I have great sorrow and unceasing grief in my heart.
Romans 11:27 - "And this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins."
Romans 12:6 - And since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, [let each exercise them accordingly]: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith;
Romans 13:13 - Let us behave properly as in the day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy.
Romans 14:1 - Now accept the one who is weak in faith, [but] not for [the purpose of] passing judgment on his opinions.
Romans 14:23 - But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because [his eating is] not from faith; and whatever is not from faith is sin.
Romans 15:9 - and for the Gentiles to glorify God for His mercy; as it is written, "Therefore I will give praise to Thee among the Gentiles, And I will sing to Thy name."
Romans 15:23 - but now, with no further place for me in these regions, and since I have had for many years a longing to come to you
Romans 15:24 - whenever I go to Spain-- for I hope to see you in passing, and to be helped on my way there by you, when I have first enjoyed your company for a while--

Colossians 1:14 - in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Colossians 2:22 - (which all [refer] [to] things destined to perish with the using)-- in accordance with the commandments and teachings of men?
Colossians 3:9 - Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its [evil] practices,

1 Timothy 1:5 - But the goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
1 Timothy 1:9 - realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous man, but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers

Titus 3:11 - knowing that such a man is perverted and is sinning, being self-condemned.
Titus 3:14 - And let our [people] also learn to engage in good deeds to meet pressing needs, that they may not be unfruitful.
Philemon 1:9 - yet for love's sake I rather appeal [to you]-- since I am such a person as Paul, the aged, and now also a prisoner of Christ Jesus--
Philemon 1:21 - Having confidence in your obedience, I write to you, since I know that you will do even more than what I say.
Hebrews 1:3 - And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Hebrews 2:14 - Since then the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Hebrews 2:17 - Therefore, He had to be made like His brethren in all things, that He might become a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
Hebrews 2:18 - For since He Himself was tempted in that which He has suffered, He is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.
Hebrews 3:13 - But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is [still] called "Today," lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.
Hebrews 3:17 - And with whom was He angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness?
Hebrews 4:6 - Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly had good news preached to them failed to enter because of disobedience,

Hebrews 5:11 - Concerning him we have much to say, and [it is] hard to explain, since you have become dull of hearing.
Hebrews 6:6 - and [then] have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God, and put Him to open shame.
Hebrews 6:7 - For ground that drinks the rain which often falls upon it and brings forth vegetation useful to those for whose sake it is also tilled, receives a blessing from God;
Hebrews 6:13 - For when God made the promise to Abraham, since He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself,
Hebrews 7:25 - Hence, also, He is able to save forever those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
Hebrews 7:26 - For it was fitting that we should have such a high priest, holy, innocent, undefiled, separated from sinners and exalted above the heavens;
Hebrews 7:27 - who does not need daily, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins, and then for the [sins] of the people, because this He did once for all when He offered up Himself.
Hebrews 8:4 - Now if He were on earth, He would not be a priest at all, since there are those who offer the gifts according to the Law;
Hebrews 8:12 - "For I will be merciful to their iniquities, And I will remember their sins no more."
Hebrews 9:7 - but into the second only the high priest [enters], once a year, not without [taking] blood, which he offers for himself and for the sins of the people committed in ignorance.
Hebrews 9:10 - since they [relate] only to food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until a time of reformation.
Hebrews 9:13 - For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh,
Hebrews 9:15 - And for this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, in order that since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were [committed] under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
Hebrews 9:26 - Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages He has been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.
Hebrews 9:28 - so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time for salvation without [reference to] sin, to those who eagerly await Him.
Hebrews 10:1 - For the Law, since it has [only] a shadow of the good things to come [and] not the very form of things, can never by the same sacrifices year by year, which they offer continually, make perfect those who draw near.
Hebrews 10:2 - Otherwise, would they not have ceased to be offered, because the worshipers, having once been cleansed, would no longer have had consciousness of sins?
Hebrews 10:3 - But in those [sacrifices] there is a reminder of sins year by year.
Hebrews 10:4 - For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.
Hebrews 10:6 - In whole burnt offerings and [sacrifices] for sin Thou hast taken no pleasure.
Hebrews 10:8 - After saying above, "Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and [sacrifices] for sin Thou hast not desired, nor hast Thou taken pleasure [in them]" (which are offered according to the Law),
Hebrews 10:11 - And every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins;
Hebrews 10:12 - but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God,
Hebrews 10:17 - "And their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more."
Hebrews 10:18 - Now where there is forgiveness of these things, there is no longer [any] offering for sin.
Hebrews 10:19 - Since therefore, brethren, we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus,
Hebrews 10:21 - and since [we have] a great priest over the house of God,
Hebrews 10:22 - let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled [clean] from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
Hebrews 10:26 - For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
Hebrews 11:5 - By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God.
Hebrews 11:11 - By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised;
Hebrews 11:25 - choosing rather to endure ill-treatment with the people of God, than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin;
Hebrews 11:29 - By faith they passed through the Red Sea as though [they were passing] through dry land; and the Egyptians, when they attempted it, were drowned.
Hebrews 12:1 - Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,
Hebrews 12:2 - fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:3 - For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you may not grow weary and lose heart.
Hebrews 12:4 - You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin;
Hebrews 12:16 - that [there be] no immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a [single] meal.
Hebrews 12:17 - For you know that even afterwards, when he desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought for it with tears.
Hebrews 12:28 - Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe;
Hebrews 13:3 - Remember the prisoners, as though in prison with them, and those who are ill-treated, since you yourselves also are in the body.
Hebrews 13:11 - For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest [as an offering] for sin, are burned outside the camp.
Hebrews 13:21 - equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom [be] the glory forever and ever. Amen.
James 1:15 - Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death.
James 2:9 - But if you show partiality, you are committing sin [and] are convicted by the law as transgressors.
James 3:10 - from the same mouth come [both] blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be this way.
James 4:8 - Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
James 4:13 - Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow, we shall go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and engage in business and make a profit."
James 4:17 - Therefore, to one who knows [the] right thing to do, and does not do it, to him it is sin.
James 5:13 - Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises.
James 5:15 - and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.
James 5:16 - Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much.
James 5:20 - let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins.
1 Peter 1:22 - Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart,
1 Peter 2:20 - For what credit is there if, when you sin and are harshly treated, you endure it with patience? But if when you do what is right and suffer [for it] you patiently endure it, this [finds] favor with God.
1 Peter 2:21 - For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps,
1 Peter 2:22 - who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth;
1 Peter 2:24 - and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.
1 Peter 3:7 - You husbands likewise, live with [your wives] in an understanding way, as with a weaker vessel, since she is a woman; and grant her honor as a fellow heir of the grace of life, so that your prayers may not be hindered.
1 Peter 3:9 - not returning evil for evil, or insult for insult, but giving a blessing instead; for you were called for the very purpose that you might inherit a blessing.
1 Peter 3:18 - For Christ also died for sins once for all, [the] just for [the] unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;
1 Peter 4:1 - Therefore, since Christ has suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same purpose, because he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin,

2 Peter 3:4 - and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For [ever] since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation."
2 Peter 3:11 - Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,
2 Peter 3:14 - Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless,

1 John 2:17 - And the world is passing away, and [also] its lusts; but the one who does the will of God abides forever.
1 John 3:4 - Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness.
1 John 3:5 - And you know that He appeared in order to take away sins; and in Him there is no sin.
1 John 3:6 - No one who abides in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him.
1 John 3:8 - the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The Son of God appeared for this purpose, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
1 John 3:9 - No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1 John 3:22 - and whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.
1 John 4:10 - In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins.
1 John 5:16 - If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not [leading] to death, he shall ask and [God] will for him give life to those who commit sin not [leading] to death. There is a sin [leading] to death; I do not say that he should make request for this.
1 John 5:17 - All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not [leading] to death.
1 John 5:18 - We know that no one who is born of God sins; but He who was born of God keeps him and the evil one does not touch him.
3 John 1:10 - For this reason, if I come, I will call attention to his deeds which he does, unjustly accusing us with wicked words; and not satisfied with this, neither does he himself receive the brethren, and he forbids those who desire [to do so], and puts [them] out of the church.
Jude 1:7 - Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an example, in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire.
